The place was ok and the beds were not so confortable. The rooms smell as cigarettes. The employees were extremely friendly and the place is located una good place. The restaurant next door is really good
It was a busy week in Ramos / Saltillo and this was the only place my booking agent could find. Should have put my trip off. No notice that the room was a smoking room, so my allergies really suffered. I was surprised there still are any smoking rooms anywhere... even other places in Mexico are usually all NS. Shower sucked. Zero water pressure if I wanted hot water in the shower, lots if I didn't mind cold. Breakfast was minimal Hampton... no cream for coffee, only powdered imitation stuff....I lived on cold cereal and yogurt, but one morning they were out of yogurt and didn't refill for the 15 minutes I waited. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ice machines don't work on many floors. Room came with no ice bucket, when I asked for one I was told "It must be there" and then it took 2 requests and 30 minutes to actually get a bucket. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. MAKE THEM UPDATE AND FIX THIS CRAPPY HOTEL.
I am currently staying in Room 128. I am so frustrated that I could not resist to wait until check out Issues are as under: Toilet flush not working, very slow water flow in shower, towel rod near wash basin is broken, very slow internet and intermittent connection, dishwasher not working, night lamp without bulb near bed, inadequate toilet paper supply by house keeping, broken toilet paper roll holder, late house keeping, I have to request house keeping specially for cleaning on returning from work. I am checking out tomorrow (10-Dec) morning. I can provide you with proof / pictures during the stay. Totally dissatisfied during the stay. Not up to Hilton standards.
The hotel needs to provide PR training to front desk employees. My room was dirty, I found a Band aid in the carpet and toilet paper in the toilet. The HH program is not important in this hotel, they don't even ask if you are part of the program. This hotel NEEDs management attention.
The shower is terrible basically a trickle of Luke warm water plus they will stick you in a smoking room and it’s horrid stench. Used to be a nice hotel but that was 5 years ago. The carpet is crusty also so you need to wear shoes all the time GROSS
Location was ideal. Breakfast was the same items all four days with no variation or flavor. Milk was room temperature and juices not properly iced. Had to eat at local breakfast locations for a good morning meal!!
Poor service. Items missing from hotel room. Unattentive staff. Front desk phone not answered. Horrible breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. There was only one person at the front desk during busy hours and he was not able to keep up with the needs of guests. No good restaurants within walking distance as an option for the bad breakfast.
I used to like this place to stay a lot but thru time is been deteriorating and not taking care, I hope somebody will take a look on it, somebody really have to check may be Hilton to avoid bad reputation of the brand because it is Hilton and I have stay in other locations and it is been much diferent
I stayed for 2 nights for business reasons and did not have a good experience on service. 1) Tried to double charge me the restarurant. I had to explain to the peronsal on the front desk and show them the receipt reflecting already the charge. 2) Invoice not sent. I had to dial several times, either hang up, or let me on hold by 10min, transferme to the "supervisor" but call was cut. They could not solve the problem of invoices and I might need to pay from my own. I do not recoment to stay in this hotel if is for business purposes.
I stayed at this hotel for bussiness many times, it was one of my favorites hotel, however with time the staffs has change and the new employees are rude and had bad attitud. Also the hotel needs remodeling and maintenance.
