Nora /katie need to be fired immediately they cause booking problems for staff that already paid & threaten them call them racial slurs she told one guest he was a stupid redneck & shouldn’t be listened to , in our case they says my Chiks deserved to not live through her horrible accident because of being Jewish - they refused maid service which is included & to change out l linens as required- we were paid in full yet they sold our room to some one else furcing us out thigh we were not a problem

Room wasn’t completely clean sink was dirty. There was stuff on the floor from maybe where the trash had been previously but the person that stayed I believe next to me was a very heavy walker and I could feel every single step through my bed and they were walking from about 11 o’clock until one 130 back-and-forth. I do know that that’s not something that the hotel has control over but it just shows you how the building is built, not very soundproof at all.

The check-in process was really frustrating. They direct you to a kiosk, but after several minutes it failed and I had to check in with a person anyway. The room itself was very bare-bones—no basic accommodations like soap or lotion. When I opened the fridge, there was still food left from the last guest. The bedding was minimal: three flat pillows, just a sheet, and a thin blanket, with no extras provided. I also heard footsteps throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. It covered the absolute basics we needed, but I’ve never stayed at an extended stay that felt this minimal.

The pillows are literally pancakes. They have no fluff in them at all. We stayed in a double queen room. 1 towel with 3 floor towels. The water pressure stinks. It was quiet and since it’s newer everything worked and also was quiet. It was clean except in the fridge was a bag of cut up limes.. which told me they didn’t do a thorough cleaning. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
