It was in transition to becoming a Holiday Inn the next day and they were under construction but the room was very nice and staff was very pleasant!

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation on the exterior and main lobby. It is going to become a Holiday Inn by November 1, 2016 according to the hotel desk staff. Our room was newly renovated and very clean. The drawback however was that on weekdays, there was construction work right outside our room window. Heavy pounding and scrapping and window sealed with thick plastic so no sunlight or view. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The hotel is under construction until October 2016. It would have been nice to know this when we made a reservation. We got a newly remodeled room. One of the carpet strip staples was sticking out and we kept stepping on it...not pleasant at all. Otherwise the room was nice as well as the staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

We were on business in the area. The hotel was a convenient location and even though there is a lot of remodeling going on in the hotel, we were not inconvenienced in the least by it. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. We would stay there again.

hotel is clear, room is big, staff is nice, breakfast just okay need to improve.

Stayed here on a quick business trip for a couple of days. Location was very convenient, font desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was convenient (not great, honestly--but good enough and a big time-saver for me).

Hotel was clean, well maintained and had a great comfort feel to it. Don't expect a boutique hotel. I opted for breakfast to be included. Had a good array of choices every morning so definitely get it. Friendly staff and knowledgeable of surrounding restaurants and sports bars. I was there on a business trip and would stay here again.

Wonder breakfast , friendly service ! Love it will be back next time!!

Hotel is quite comfortable, very nice breakfast and enjoyable wine, beer appetizer period on Mon-Thurs night. Location close to Cottonwood canyon roads for skiing, and only 30 minutes from downtown or the airport.

While we were only there one night, we enjoyed everything about our stay there. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was better than most free continental breakfasts we have experienced. In addition to the usual muffins, waffles, juice & cereal, they had fresh fruit & a few hot items. The location was nice for us, since our daughter lives just a few minutes drive from this location. There was plenty of shopping & food places nearby, although not in walking distance. The room was comfortable--I always prefer 2 Q beds over 2 D beds, whenever possible. The cookies in the lobby were also greatly appreciated by my family members who stayed there with me. :) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in Sandy, Utah.

Hotel was more than adequate for business. Staff was very good ... especially Woody who checked me in.

Great place to be, kids can swim while you have tea by the fire. Off the highway to locations of just about anywhere! Easy to find and very friendly staff that will let you have a cookie every time you pass.....all night long. THANK Country Inn you truly are the comfort of USA

Everything was good but a little noisy with that location.

We got a suite to accommodate extra family and the room was roomy, clean and quieter then most. Cookies and fruit were available, and the staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the pool not working. That is a must with family. The price for a suite was the same as a reg. room elsewhere. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was just ordinary. It was clean and had soft beds.

air conditioning didnt work in King suite, moved to a new room, again air didnt work. Moved to another room which wasnt a king suite and the air worked but was charged for a king suite although it wasnt. Dryers did not work in laundry room which was another problem. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 years and this will be the last. These problems arent what i need on vacation. Because of the first night of moving to different rooms at 3:00 in the morning i was unable to ski the 1st day because lack of sleep. It was an unfortunate experience.

Room was nice. Poor customer service. Lousy WiFi.

Excellent place , convient location for skiing Alta, Snowbird. I would like better internet service at the hotel.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and had free wi-fi. Really enjoyed our stay.

Staff very helpful and informative for local services and needs. Rooms are quiet and clean.
