With amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer, as well as off-street parking and an open back yard, proximity to downtown, the Salt Lake Latter-Day Saint Temple, to the University of Utah, and to five different hospitals, this comfy house is genuinely welcoming. Excellent property, with fenced in yard (for a dog), bigger than we thought, gourmet kitchen with advanced gas stove, just perfect for enjoying the quiet and coziness of the Avenues and the closeness of down town. Host lives across the street and seems to be known and celebrated by the entire neighborhood, always available for tilstand a good conversation. Highly recommended.

I booked this lovely house because it was near a friend and in a beautiful area of SLC. It is close to downtown and there are coffee shops and restaurants near by. The university of Utah is also a short drive away. You have hiking trails and biking near the house. I would HIGHLY recommend booking a stay here if you want to stay in a lovely, interesting house. Everything was well appointed and it was easy and comfortable. We will be back for sure.

beautiful home- great location

House was cute! location is near downtown but it is quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very clean and spacious. Backyard was great for our dogs to run in. Owner was always available for any questions or concerns. quick response time!
