With amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer, as well as off-street parking and an open back yard, proximity to downtown, the Salt Lake Latter-Day Saint Temple, to the University of Utah, and to five different hospitals, this comfy house is genuinely welcoming. We had no pets. The host lines cross the street. One of the bathroom door's had a locking issue, but the owner came over and we found a solution.The house was well set up.with a large room at the rear with a dining table and sitting area. The bathrooms were modern as well as the kitchen. Since I cook for family and friends while visiting. I could have used a few more cooking pots!. But most people don't feed home cook meals for guests whioe on vacation! The owner was very friendly and accommodating!! Would stay there again !

What a neat little gem in a wonderful neighborhood! It was quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the fenced yard for our dog and the fact that there were a couple of parks nearby to take her for a run. Margaret was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! Excellent property, with fenced in yard (for a dog), bigger than we thought, gourmet kitchen with advanced gas stove, just perfect for enjoying the quiet and coziness of the Avenues and the closeness of down town.
