This historic house, originally built in 1891 but extensively remodeled in the 2020s, features an open design with a full kitchen and large counter space/seating area, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a living room with a queen sofa bed, a small quiet bedroom with a twin bed, and a very big greatroom with a sofa, a dining table and ample windows. With amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer, as well as off-street parking and an open back yard, proximity to downtown, the Salt Lake Latter-Day Saint Temple, to the University of Utah, and to five different hospitals, this comfy house is genuinely welcoming. What a neat little gem in a wonderful neighborhood! It was quiet and we felt very safe. enjoyable stay

I booked this lovely house because it was near a friend and in a beautiful area of SLC. It is close to downtown and there are coffee shops and restaurants near by. The university of Utah is also a short drive away. You have hiking trails and biking near the house. I would HIGHLY recommend booking a stay here if you want to stay in a lovely, interesting house. Everything was well appointed and it was easy and comfortable. We will be back for sure.
