With amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer, as well as off-street parking and an open back yard, proximity to downtown, the Salt Lake Latter-Day Saint Temple, to the University of Utah, and to five different hospitals, this comfy house is genuinely welcoming. The owner, a university professor, lives right across the street and will welcome you for a glass of wine sometime if you like.

beautiful home- great location

House was cute! location is near downtown but it is quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very clean and spacious. Backyard was great for our dogs to run in. Owner was always available for any questions or concerns. quick response time!
