Love the property, however, the room wasn't prepared for our stay. There were missing towels, glasses and bathrobes.

No option for low fan on A/C. Too loud in the room. There was a youth sports team staying simultaneously and were running amok in the pool area - eating pizza in the pool. It was gross. Not supervised by parents and staff were not getting involved so it was escalating.

It was a good trip except on the third day of our five day trip the cool air and fan stopped working. Walls are also paper thin. My 13 year old unfortunately left his chain with cross on the counter before going into the pool. He didn’t realize until two days later and it was gone. We looked everywhere when packing for home. It was no where to be found. We believe the girl that came in to do the housekeeping swiped the necklace. We put in a report to housekeeping in which they said they would look into it but sadly we had left back for home without it. Watch your belongings!

We had a 3 night stay at the property. The A/C did not work in our room when we arrived. The staff moved us to another room. Shortly after we moved, they called us to tell us they need to move us to yet another room, because the room "they" put us in was booked. The young lady at front desk AM shift had a horrible attitude and should not work in hospitality. Poorly ran hotel, won't stay there again. The restaurant however, was superb, top service and food.

The staff is exceptional! Shout out to Alexis at reception, Cindy wait staff in the 1905 restaurant was wonderful and the housekeeping staff prompt, courteous! The day spa was lovely and shout out to Jill who is an amazing masseuse. Highly recommend this resort and would stay again! Thank you!

Improvements

Water pressure low for showers needs to improve. Only one elevator in hotel so guests & staff have to share. Strongly suggest service elevator for employees.

Very slow checkin, staff did not seem to know what was going on. Could not eat dinner at the restaurant because we were told there were no staff and the kitchen was too backed up. No patio in our room when most of the others had. For the price of the hotel- almost $400 per night in salmon arm we were quite disappointed. The lobby was nice and so was the gym but the rest of the hotel was very tired and dated.
