Staff was friendly, pool was clean and open, and the bed was confortable. I actually really enjoy it here. Plus, the beautiful fall weather walk on the pier was tops.

The scenery and the view of the hotel is unbeatable. It is right next to the Salmon Arm Wharf. What impacted our stay was the noise made by the air-Con. It was so loud that we could barely sleep. If you are a light sleeper, please be aware of the fact!

The room was clean but quite dated, and for the price, I did not feel it was worth the value. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud throughout the night with constant door slamming and loud partying from the room above, which made it difficult to get any rest. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was told the hotel was full and that the noise was due to a wedding celebration, so nothing could be done. Overall, while the cleanliness was excellent, the noise level and dated room made for a disappointing stay. I would not stay here again, as there are many other hotel options in the area.

The hotel was accommodating for our pet (small dog) but the restaurant was not. Ordered room service which arrived cold even though they said they weren't busy and would take care of it promptly.

The room was small and outdated. Some balconies are connected to other rooms which is bizarre. Lots of bugs with it being right on the marsh land. Front desk staff was not overly helpful or kind at check-in
