It was a great little motel! The manager in the office was so welcoming and inviting, yoi can tell he took alot of pride in the motel. The rooms were very clean and cozy! Very convenient to as right across the road their was a gas station and a really great truck stop style restaurant. Would 100% recommend this.place
This little motel is awesome! It looks a bit old from the outside but the rooms were so cozy and updated. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was really accommodating. They let me check in early because I had a pet and it was hot out. I really appreciated them!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Evelyn who was very warm in her greeting and offered us assistance to our room. Evelyn made sure we were welcomed and let us know that if there is anything we needed to just ask. Evelyn is a keeper for sure. Thanks Evelyn for your care and attention to us.
The rooms are dated and was to be expected, that said they were so warm and comfortable. The AC worked great which gave us relief to the hot temps. The beds were comfortable and for me who doesn't sleep well the first night of travel I was able to sleep soundly.
There is a plum tree that was full of plums and we were encouraged to help ourselves which we did. So if you get a chance grab some as they were delicious.
You're not getting a five star place here but what it lacks in style is made up in comfort, affordability but most importantly you are treated with warmth and kindness. It felt like home. We will be back one day for sure. Great job Monashee

Clean and a throwback to my childhood (80’s)
Monashee was better than expected. We stayed here for convenience & price for 2 nights, while 3 of us couples were riding our motorcycles through the okanagan. It’s dated but clean annd the AC worked well The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly & had no problem when we requested extra towels. Picnic tables were great for playing cards. Decent stay for the most affordable place in the region
Very clean and well kept. Was a great spot to stay on our bike trip.

Run of the mill motel
Pretty run of the mill motel experience. One bed was decent, other was pretty brutal. Decently clean which was nice though I wouldn't want to walk barefoot much. Overall, nothing great and nothing terrible.
Okay for <110 per night or less. Nowhere near the quality of the >200 I paid.
Pros:
Clean. Great quiet location ample parking.
Cons:
Generally constructed and renovated of such poor quality. Shower faucet connected backwards (took awhile to realize why no hot water). Floor squishes beneath vinyl (subfloor rotten?). Light switch for bathroom was behind microwave and a scavenger hunt. Rusty baseboard heater. Coffee machine… not a cup in sight for coffee.
