Enjoy our acreage in Canoe located in the Shuswap overlooking Shuswap lake. A family and friends retreat where you can enjoy privacy, amazing views and sunsets while still being close to amenities.

-Private home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 10 acres of fields and rolling hills to explore by foot or atv.

-1200 sq/ft lakeview 2-level deck with heated pool & 6 person hot tub, covered pergola with lounge seating and gas fire pit, dining table, large gas bbq and outdoor games.

-Chef inspired fully equipped and well stocked kitchen. New 36: natural gas range. Includes all cookware, utensils, bakeware and small appliances (Ninja blender, air fryer, Breville espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, drip coffee, margaritaville drink machine, ice maker)

-large fire pit area with comfortable Adirondack seating with amazing views steps from the house (wood burning only allowed when fire restriction are lifted - during fire ban, propane fire pit is provided)

-Very comfortable high quality beds (1 King, 2 queens and 2 twins, 2 pull out queens)

-2 HD smart tv ’s with Netflix, Disney+ and Media room with 80" screen & projector.

-Nintendo Wii console

-Fooseball table

-Bowflex adjustable weights and workout bench

-High speed wifi

-Great location. Walking distance (Or short drive) to Canoe Beach, Boat launch, Go-Karts, Golf, Public dock with boat launch (swim,fish), Corner Store & Canooligans Pub

NOTE: There is a groundskeeper that resides in a self contained living space away from the home but on the property. They are there to maintain the property and will have no interaction with your stay.

Great spot for family vacation

This place far exceeded our expectations, it was perfect. The property is stunning, the views are incredible, and the property is packed with activities to keep guests of all ages entertained.

Family Reunion

We had a great family reunion. There was my daughter and her family, my son and his family, and us (the parents). In total there were 13 of us ranging in age from 18 months to 69 years. The property s soectacular. There ae beautifull views, lots of property to explore. You are away from traffic and the children were able run around and have fun. They loved the rooster, the chickens, and the cows. They loved picking fresh fruit off the trees. They lived in the pool and the hot tub (when we weren't taking in various attractions near the property). The kitchen is well appointed with many appliances. We enjoyed the pool table, pong pong, arcade games, and foosball on a rainy day (after a swim in the rain). We watched movies and had a great time. You can hook up to speakers at the outdoor fire pit or by the fire table on the deck. There are lights strung around the deck and pool area which are great at night. The host and the groundskeeper were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The property certainly met out expectations.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent so much time enjoying the backyard- the pool, hot tub, patio and beautiful view. Property is full of surprises- fresh fruit to pick, farm animals, etc. Really cannot say enough good things. We were a large group and had more than enough room. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals. Thank you so much!

Wonderful property

We had 8 adults, a two year old and a dog and there was more than enough space to accommodate us all. We enjoyed the pool, view, hot tub, games room and a real bonus was that there was no fire ban while we were there, so we were able to enjoy the fire pit as well. Great communication with our host, Chris and the groundskeeper, Les, was very friendly and helpful. Our pooch, Luna, was very grateful that she could come along. We all had a wonderful week!
