This was a lovely stay..The room was well equipped. The decor and furnishings a bit dated but comfortable and spacious. Bed a little hard for us. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, one of the best buffet breakfast we had. We also had an evening meal, which was basic but tasty.

Overnight stay

Check in and parking very easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast not very good. Coffee was in paper cups, poor choice of food as run out of things. Buffet service, but had to keep asking for things from staff, who were quite rude at times.

It was ok, but could be better maybe I was u lucky with the room. Another last minute booking so pot luck on availability. Room, small with no ware to open a suite case with ease. Pillows cheap and uncomfortable, duvet poor quality and light weight. A/C unit broken circulation doors, noisy, room cold without heater element. No bathroom heater, cable cut off. Toilet too tight to the wall not good even for an average person. Basics which should be sorted !

Clean facility, spacious room perfect for family. We enjoyed our stay here. A bit far from train station but still walkable. The staff was amazing and helped us out with getting taxi and meals for our family. Such a great stay!

Poor hotel

The air conditioning wasn't accurate. It said 20 degrees on the panel but when we returned to the room later the heating was overpowering. We had to open the window and turn it off. The bathroom was tired. The breakfast team were unable to cope with demand. There was never a full choice of hot breakfast items available at the same time. The glasses and juices were not replenished quickly enough either. There was an odour in the passages. The carpets in the passages were marked and wrinkled. There were groups of young men in the corridors late at night who were very noisy and could be heard knocking at another door very loudly. Overall not a relaxing pleasant stay. We will avoid this hotel in future.

Didnt look anything like the pictures. Alot of noise from guests above. Was looking forward to all you can eat breakfast that was a complete disappointment food cold and taking to long to bring fresh out. Toaster was a 4 toast toaster which is useless for everybody waiting. Scrambled egg wasnt even cooked properly watery jelly. Overall very disappointed
