On arrival you are greeted by the host who is very friendly and professional. The apartment itself is immaculate and fully kitted out with everything you could need for your stay surrounding area has many things to do and he’s very close to the Metro link whenever I’m in this area I always try and book this property as it is so convenient and private

The apartment is sapcious, clean and safe. Location is great, with walkable distance to the Old Trafford. Secured parking is available at extra costs, but save us the time to locate other car park that also need to pay anyway.

Poor experience.

When i put in the confirmed name "Quay Apartments Exchange Quay" in Google maps, i was brought to another block about a mile away. I had to phone to get the correct name ( Syren Apts) and the correct post code. This is basic and should be sorted out with the confirmation. Apartment was ok but needs repaint in kitchen. Shower backed up & nearly flooded. Rain noise on window surround wierdly loud during night.

Great location. Trams near by, Old Trafford within 10 min walk. Very easy comunication with the owner. Big 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds.Market is next to the building or M&S and Tesco within 15 minutes walk. Great location and great host.
