+ location just next to tram stop + nice and safe building, easy checkin at reception - bathrooms could be cleaned better - made us pay 40 GBP for separate duvets, only to tell us they did not offer such the following day - apartments are not furnitured as in the pictures, our apartment looked much more simple and less appealing
