Location was fab for the Quays and tram into the City centre.. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Great to have parking on site. Room was ok. Needs a refurb as was looking tired.

Front desk staff were excellent. Room clean and very roomy. I stayed in one of the Club rooms. Breakfast was more than adequate and a large selection of produce. Only negative point was that the room was very hot through the night despite all the windows being opened.

Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Bath had rust in it and the towel rail where the clean towel was placed was covered in rust. Shame that this hotel is so run down as it is in a good location.

Lovely warm welcome, excellent room with view of the lake. Slept brilliantly on a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely visit again.

The welcome was ok. But we had to tell the about the toilets and the TV was not working. Staff came but was giving us all the excuses. When we ask to change the rooms the staff member said we are 100% booked but he will try and get us to change room the next day. We came late afternoon and asked about the change of room the same staff turn round and said he does not no anything and when i reminded that it was himself who was going to make the arrangements. He just said - "i reported the matter and he has not received any thinking from the naintainance and there is nothing he can do". Poor service and poor accommodation.

I appreciate the hotel is being refurbished but it currently is not 5*. Extra notes on Expedia booking not sent to hotel. Bathroom very tired condition. Room noisy and hot - no temp control. Offered a complementary drink as mentioned disappointment - house wine, lager, beer or soft drink … but no house wine available. I could go on! Positively … lovely comfortable bed, free safe parking, good breakfast and some friendly staff. This was our 3rd or 4th visit … won’t stay again until refurb completed.
