Inspired by a Creole-contemporary style, the Villa Papaye combines a tropical atmosphere with modern comfort. Built on a hillside, in the heart of a residential neighborhood, it enjoys a breathtaking panorama and is completely free from overlooking neighbors. Lovers of wood for its noble and warm character, the owners have given it pride of place both indoors and outdoors: pine frame, exposed beam structure, and a deck of over 200 m². Widely open to the outdoors and facing the Caribbean Sea, the entire villa embodies a gentle and relaxed art of living. From the moment you arrive, you will be impressed by its friendly atmosphere, perfectly in harmony with the serenity of the island. Charming and inviting, it calls for dreams and travel.



My Creole-style sea-view villa in Sainte-Luce

Facing the sea, the main living area features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a living room.

The Villa Papaye offers four simple and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace and features a 180x200 bed with a mosquito net. Adjoining the bedroom is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a corner bathtub.

The second bedroom, in light tones, is equipped with a 160x200 bed.

The third bedroom, smaller in size, is a children’s bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed.

These two bedrooms share an ethnic-style shower room decorated with light brown mosaic tiles and an animal frieze. Two glass basins rest on a wooden vanity unit.

At the end of the deck, a wooden cottage is fitted out as a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with integrated WC.

The covered terrace is the heart of the villa. Facing the sea, it allows you to enjoy the mild tropical climate while being sheltered from the sun. A lounge area with a wicker sofa is perfect for sipping a local aperitif before enjoying your meal at a teak table. The deck is a true relaxation space, at the center of which stands a swimming pool with rounded shapes.

Super villa avec vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la villa papaye. Nous étions 4 adultes avec 3 jeunes enfants et la villa était parfaitement adaptée pour notre groupe. Chloé nous a très bien accueillie et s’est montrée disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Et que dire de la vue à couper le souffle que nous offre la cuisine et l’immense terrasse. Merci pour tout !

Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants. Cette maison était très adaptée à notre configuration familiale. La maison était très propre et la situation idéale pour se balader et l’espace terrasse extérieure idéale et tellement agréable. Rien à dire. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et mention spéciale à Chloé qui a été une vrais ressource pour nous, ultra accueillante, agréable, disponible

La localisation et la villa sont correct.

Beaucoup de choses positives . Cependant ,pour huit adultes la quatrième chambre est un peu juste et la quatrième salle de bain n'existe pas.Il faut bien lire le descriptif. Quelques travaux d'amélioration serait nécessaire dans la petite dépendance ( abattant WC cassé, robinet de vasque desserrer ,éclairage et rangement sommaire.) L accès au stationnement est difficile en mini bus . Malgré tout séjour agréable.
