The living room, kitchen and dining room come together to create a pleasant living space bathed in light. Facing the sea, the kitchen has all the tools you need to help you prepare your favorite dishes. In the living wicker corner sofa awaits you for reading or lazing around. In the dining room, a table and a teak buffet are at your disposal for your aperitifs and convivial meals.

The villa has three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace and is decorated in white and beige. It welcomes you in a calm and restful atmosphere. Furnished with a 160x200 bed framed by matching bedside tables, it has a contemporary bathroom with toilet, Italian shower and designer basin. The second bedroom is distinguished by its "seaside" style with its shades of white and blue. Equipped with two 90X190 beds, it is ideal for children. Finally, the third bedroom overlooks the garden. Séjour mitigé

Séjour du 19 au 29/03/2024. Accueil agréable, villa fidèle à l'annonce. Belle vue sur la mer. Appel rassurant de l'agence le 2ème jour pour s'enquérir que tout se passe bien. Malheureusement, deux jours et demi avant notre départ nous avons subi une coupure générale d'eau dans le quartier et ses environs (Très fréquents car réseau d'eau très vétuste). Nous déplorons le désintérêt total de l'agence devant notre problème et de s'entendre dire d'aller se doucher à la plage et faire des provisions de pacs d'eau. Devant notre insistance, on nous a quand même consenti une douche dans une villa voisine juste avant notre vol. Devant le refus catégorique du remboursement des pacs d'eau, nous conseillons de louer plutôt les villas voisines, de même standing, qui sont, elles, équipées de réserves d'eau de secours afin de profiter de vos vacances du premier au dernier jours dans de bonnes conditions.

Très bon séjour

Maison située en hauteur avec une très belle vue sur la mer . Terrasse et piscine agréable à vivre. Les alizés soufflent et on y respire bien avec un peu plus de fraîcheur qu’en bas sur la mer. L’équipement est standard avec quelques points d’amélioration ( ex : aspirateur ) .

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, très jolie vue. La localisation est parfaite pour circuler dans l’île. Peut être un tout petit peu loin des commerces pour aller chercher le pain le matin.

Superbe vue

Très agréable maison créole avec une superbe vue sur la baie de ste Anne. Gérance efficace. Une voiture est indispensable car ça monte fort depuis la route du littoral mais on est proche du centre de ste Luce. Une très belle adresse.

Excellent séjour, au calme avec une vue magnifique

Villa très agréable, très calme et très bien équipé. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciable, et la grande terrasse permet de déjeuner en plein air avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Ste Anne. Le seul petit bémol pourrait être la piscine, bien que très appréciable et bien entretenue, peut-être un peu petite si vous venez à 4 ou 6 (nous n'étions que 2 donc suffisant pour nous), et manquant d'intimité vis à vis de la rue (pas de haie). Mais globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le quartier est très calme, et nous avons été très bien et gentiment accueillis.
