Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Martinique ; très jolie île que nous connaissions déjà pour s’y rendre régulièrement Le bien que nous avons loué était très agréable, avec une superbe vue tant sur le jardin très bien entretenu que sur la mer La propriétaire était au petits soins et nous nous sommes sentis extrêmement bien accueillis Nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine au même endroit

Bon Séjour

Gites très convenable, seul bémol la route peu être très bruyante le week-end la nuit. On peu regretter que l on découvre le lieu précisément que lors de notre validation de location. Très bien placé pour effectuer des visites sur l île. Madame Maloungia a toujours été à l écoute de nos besoins et y a répondu.

Séjour en famille pour les vacances de Noël 2022

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le T3 qui est contigu à la maison de la propriétaire Yvette. Il est agréable, bien équipé et donne sur le jardin de la maison qui est très bien entretenu. Seul petit inconvénient, les 2 chambres sont en enfilade. Il est par ailleurs facile d’accès, à proximité des plages et du centre-ville (environ 700 m). La propriétaire Yvette est bienveillante et cherche à donner pleine satisfaction à ses locataires pendant leur séjour.

Agréable séjour dans un logement bien équipé

La location est conforme à la description de l’annonce, le logement est dans la maison de la propriétaire, il est indépendant, spacieux et bien équipé. Son emplacement est relativement proche (environ 600m) du centre de Sainte Luce et des plages. La discrétion et l'amabilité de Léandre est à souligner.

L’accueil est très satisfaisant, la propriétaire des lieus est très sympathique. Le F3 est bien situé. Petit bémol concernant la location est l'agencement des pièces qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas d'intimité entre les 2 chambres (il faut traverser une chambre pour passer dans l'autre, chambre en enfilade entre la cuisine et la véranda), le passage de la cuisine à la véranda se fait en traversant les deux chambres. Malgré que ce soit un F3, l'agencement ne peu convenir qu'à un seul couple. Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L'annonce ne correspond pas au F3 de Sainte Luce

Les Photos prises pour présenter le F3 manques d'informations par rapport à la réalité. Les pièces sont en enfilades, il faut passer de la cuisine( qui est à 3mètres en dessous de la rue)pour passer dans la 1ère chambre qui donne accès dans la SdB ensuite seconde chambre et ensuite la terrasse ,les repas sont pris sur la terrasse donc cheminer de la cuisine et traverser les 2 pièces.Pour le petit déjeuner il faut être syncro pour le réveil car l'accès à la cuisine se fait par la 1ère chambre... Pour le bruit, le logement est au dessus de la rocade et du rond point d'accès à la résidence. Accès aux plages à pieds environ 500/600mètres et traverser cette fameuse rocade. Je ne conseille pas cette location ou en connaissance de ces indications ,si nous les avions connue nous n'aurions pas fait ce choix.

Un petit bijou à ste Luce

Idéalement situé au sud de l'île, près de toutes les commodités et des plages. Un appartement spacieux et confortable. Une hôte accueillante et disponible, nous n'avons qu'une seule envie... revenir et goûter encore une fois au ti punch d'Yvette et ses amis!
