2 rooms and Suites of 40 M² for rent every day of the year. Rent by the night, by the week or by the month. From 1 to 5 people.

You will be welcomed in one of the 16 fully equipped, furnished F2 type apartments with air conditioning, television and fans.

The bathrooms comply with showers and separate toilets. Of a good standard, these apartments were completely rebuilt from 2012 to 2016.

The F2, 40m² fully air-conditioned each include:
A bedroom with a double bed (180cmx190cm) or two separate beds (90cmx190cm), bathroom with hot water shower, separate WC.

A living room with two separate beds (90cmx190cm), a TNT flat screen TV.
A fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, cooker hood, combined microwave oven, kitchen utensils in sufficient quantity and dining area.

A sea side balcony and a garden side balcony.
TNT television in all apartments, Linen (sheets, kitchen towel ...) and bathroom linen are provided and changed every 7 days. Cleaning is done in the apartment upon arrival, upon departure. During the high season cleaning is done in your apartment 1 time every 7 days when changing bathroom and house linen.

For your comfort, the residence is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.

For your stays of more than a week we offer you your first breakfast, during the high season.
Breakfast is only possible upon prior reservation at the rate of € 10 per day per person.

Wifi is free and available in the public areas of the Residence. We offer Ethernet cable service in your apartments (bedroom and living room) at an additional cost if you wish.

The apartment is on the garden level or upstairs depending on availability.

HOTEL DOUCE VAGUE is a traditional-style apartment hotel located on the ocean front, just 20 minutes walking distance from the city center of Sainte-Luce. Three nearby cozy beaches of the Gros Raisin are just a few minutes away from the hotel facility. There are two beach bars on one of the beaches, and an ice cream shop across the street from the hotel. In the city center of Saint-Luce, many small traditional restaurants offering a variety of seafood dishes, are lined along the seashore. The spacious family-size apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, and can sleep up to 5 people. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and passionate about their work. The front desk manager, and the housekeeper, will do everything to keep the customer satisfied. The gardener, is constantly grooming the abundant green plants and the colorful flowers of the lush garden surrounding the property. My wife and I have spent three wonderful weeks at the HOTEL DOUCE VAGUE, and we felt at home.We highly recommend HOTEL DOUCE VAGUE for their top-rated beachfront location, the excellence of their services, and the reasonable cost of the stay.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, the front desk is not staffed, and so there was no response to queries. The location is well-placed, however there was no wifi in the room, so I had to be outdoors to access. No screens on windows or doors, so presence of mosquitoes/sand flies...not a lot, but... The pillows did not smell fresh. The room was very large [sleep 6] for 1 person; well-equipped; everything worked.

Dominique and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Dominique does speak English Although she may encourage you to try speaking french.You are located just steps from your choice of beaches.There are many restaurants in the area that are a 3 to 15 minute wallk.You can grab ice cream, panninis or waffles from a vendor directly across from the hotel.Having the small kitchenette makes it even better as you can choose to make your own meals as well.The town of Sainte Luce offers most things that you will need for your stay. It's a great location and I would recommend staying here.

Bonne situation près d'une belle plage avec randonnée possible de plusieurs km le long de la mer, logement agréable avec climatisation et ventilateurs, literie confortable, surface appréciable . Préférer l'étage dès la réservation car plus d'intimité. Sainte Luce est proche à pied avec toutes commodités, marché créole le matin. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant.

Nous avons bien été accueillis, la résidence est conforme au photo, la climatisation est présente dans toute les pièces, nous recommandons sans réserve, pour un séjour en famille, car située à deux pas d'une plage. Cadre idyllique pour des vacances en famille.

Idéalement situé à 30 mètres de la plage et à 5 mns à pied de sainte Luce, le logement est très bien équipé, tout confort (wifi performant)et l'accueil y est formidable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
