In the countryside, 20 km from the sea, 35 km from Nantes, and 5 km from a water sports center, this recently renovated semi-detached house features a 250 m² enclosed outdoor area with a swing, ping-pong table, and miniature foosball table. Garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
Ground floor: semi-open fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (wood-burning stove) and shower room/toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with two twin beds (90x200 cm) and 1 toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, complete baby equipment (crib, bathtub, high chair, changing mat, stroller, etc.).
Included: sheets.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, wood, towels, tourist tax, and cleaning fee (€60). A mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€65).
2 pets welcome free of charge (€100 deposit per pet). Another cottage (H44G011898) is nearby.
