Relax on your private balcony with stunning south-facing sea views, or unwind under the bioclimatic pergola. The fully landscaped garden covers 1,600 m². A spacious 140 m² terrace surrounds the shared heated outdoor pool (11 m x 4.40 m, closed from October 20 to late April), with temperature precisely regulated. The water is purified by a high-power UV tunnel for effective bacteria removal.



Parking is available on-site with a shared space and on the street. Parties are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the studio.



A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen is not provided. Towels and kitchen towels are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged by the concierge service for an extra fee.
