Offering breathtaking sea views, Studio L'Esterel is located in the Bay of Agay in Saint-Raphaël and is independent from the owner's house. Situated on a landscaped property of about 1,600 m², this 25 m² accommodation includes a living/sleeping area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and can accommodate 2 people and a baby. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The studio features a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Stairs and an elevator provide easy access. A remotely controlled mosquito repellent system reduces their presence within a 60-meter radius. You can enjoy a heated pool (11 m x 4.40 m) with UV-treated water, as well as a garden in the landscaped outdoor area. The pool is closed from October 20th to the end of April.
