This is an ideal place to spend a very nice stay: just cross the gardens, the road to reach one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, the sandy beach of La Péguière. Discovery enthusiasts will not forget the mask and snorkel for underwater walks. Supervised beach with a sandwich shack, showers and toilets nothing is missing for the comfort of families. Lovers of more isolated spaces can settle from this beach on the hundreds of meters of coast with rocks located on the right and left. The Boulouris district located just a few hundred meters away will allow daily refueling, relaxing breaks over a drink or a dish and the offer is wide enough to suit all budgets. It is also possible by the coastal path to reach the Port of Santa Lucia and for the bravest the René Coty promenade, the city center of Saint Raphael, the Old Port and the seafront of Fréjus and Port-Fréjus. And in a few minutes with the car you can go in the direction of Cannes, discover the landing beaches, the famous golden island, the Dramont and the magnificent bay of Agay. And if that is not enough to convince you of the beauty of the sites on offer, continue on the road to the Corniche d'Or to admire the contrast of the red rocks of the Estérel flowing into the navy blue waters of the sea. Bien mais emplacement défavorable
Appartement propre mais meublé sommairement avec des éléments très ordinaires. La cuisine petite mais assez bien pourvue en éléments et accessoires de cuisson; les poêles en teflon sont à changer tellement elles sont dégradées.
A l'arrivée, le frigo était branché mais les portes ouvertes !!! La partie congélateur était donc remplie de glace. Bonjour la note électrique...
Dans la partie "nuit", un seul meuble de rangement et deux lampes. Le matelas, bien que peu épais est confortable malgré tout et nous y avons bien dormi.
Le balcon est intéressant puisqu'on y voit un bout de mer et assez large pour y déjeuner. Mais quel bruit de circulation car entre l'appartement et la mer il y a la route de corniche très fréquentée. Et comme les vitrages ne sont pas des plus isolants phoniques... Celui de la cuisine d'aileurs est à simple vitrage. Et la fenêtre est bloquée tout en laissant passer un gros filet d'air. Elle est à changer le plus vite possible et à doubler avec un rideau pour le vis-à-vis !
En octobre ça allait au niveau sonique de l'immeuble car peu de monde, mais il faut s'attendre à du bruit interne en période estivale forte ?
L'aspect général de l'appartement est agréable car peint en blanc, il est très lumineux.

excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement , idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage. Le balcon avec vue mer est idéal pour se sentir vraiment en vacances, surtout que son orientation sud-est évite les trop fortes chaleurs, et permet d'en profiter à tout moment. Au niveau de l'équipement , rien ne manque, nous avons apprécié la multitude de vaisselle, plats et couverts à notre disposition (et le lave vaisselle bien utile !).

Le studio est pied dans l’eau. Très agréable. Il était bien équipé. Une belle vue sur le balcon. Je recommande
