Un séjour au calme.
Quartier très calme sur les hauteurs de Saint-Raphaël. Villa et jardin arboré très agréable. Piscine parfaite avec sécurité enfants très efficace. Une seule réserve : équipements cuisine et literie à rénover.

Wir waren eine Woche da und ich fand es wenig erholsam. Das Haus liegt in einer dichtbesiedelten Gegend, in der die Nachbarn mit Vorliebe Laub saugen und ihre Inflatables elektrisch aufladen, so dass es immer irgendwo nervig laut ist.
Es ist ein Haus, das von einem vergangenen Leben erzählt. Von jemand, der oder die nicht mehr da ist. Ein Haus, das einfach nur vermarktet wird. Alte Familienfotos hängen noch an Ort und Stelle oder sind achtlos in die Schubladen gesteckt. Im Keller gibt es ein Gruselkabinett – einfach ein Raum, bis zur Hüfte voll mit Schutt und kaputtem Zeug. Das Grundstück hat eine (leere) Garage und Stellplatz, aber man kann mit dem Auto nicht hineinfahren. Wahrscheinlich zu arbeitsintensiv.
Nichts wurde hinzugefügt, um Feriengästen einen schönen Ferienaufenthalt zu bescheren. Keine Tipps, weder für Organisatorisches (wie funktioniert der Müll?), noch für die Umgebung. Ein Ferienaufanthalt wird hier nicht mitgedacht.
Es geht vor allem drum, dass man noch die Gebühr für die Wäsche zu bezahlen hat und die Alarmanlage für den Pool bedient.
Eines Tages morgens vor dem Aufstehen säubert der Vermieter den Pool, unangemeldet.
Am Abreisetag kommt er samt Familie um 10 Uhr morgens und fängt an, zu putzen – wir haben noch nicht fertig eingeladen, denn Check Out ist eigentlich erst später. So baut man Druck auf.
Wie gesagt, geht um Vermarktung, nicht um schöne Ferien. Wenn man an den Strand will, nimmt man besser was näher dran. Es sind unwegsame 6 km dorthin.
