Apartment for 6 people with quality services in the heart of Saint Raphaël .. Everything on foot, 70m from the TGV station, 100m from the sea and all shops. With comfort equipment, this 72m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, fridge with freezer) separate overlooking the south facing terrace. A bathroom and separate WC. Covered and secure parking included in the services. Our animal friends are not accepted in the accommodation. Air conditioning TV + 3D Dvd, 117 cm, sunbathing on the terrace.

A proximité de la gare, du centre et de la plage, l'appartement est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds. Il y a aussi un box sécurisé, mais il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Les équipements sont conformes à la description et même plus (grill sur la terrasse, vaisselle en quantité, produits ménager, parapluies, ...). Le seul reproche qu'on puisse faire est sur la climatisation. Certes, elle existe mais uniquement dans le salon et les chambres n'en profitent pas. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais heureusement que ce n'était pas la canicule la semaine où nous y étions.
