It has a fenced garden where children can play while you relax or prepare delicious barbecues. Not forgetting its swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after sunbathing.



The house offers a large modern kitchen, equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle. You will also find a living-dining area, perfect for convivial moments around delicious meals or simple exchanges.



The house has three bedrooms where you can rest after a long day exploring the island. The first bedroom, with its double bed, is modern with its black and wood contrasts. Petite maison avec piscine très mignonne et bien pensée avec une localisation idéale entre le port de Saint-Martin et les commerces. Nous l’avons adorée! En revanche, quel dommage que l’équipement ne suive pas : des poêles rayées ( merci à Léa de Hoomy de nous en avoir prêtés le lendemain), un aspirateur dont le balai est cassé, des couteaux qui ne coupent pas et des joints moisis dans la salle de douche. Autant de petits détails faciles à réglés qui auraient valu 5 étoiles !

Maison jardin et piscine agréables. Mais wifi mal renseignée, impossible de faire marcher la télé avec aucun document explicatif ! Poignée de porte de la salle de bain dangereuse, enfant ne pouvant pas ouvrir de l’intérieur. Toutefois, jolie maison bien placée et calme.
