Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Aufgrund der Holzbauweise eher wenig isoliert. KĂŒhl kĂŒhler, Sonne alles heizt sich auf. Emmanuel war sehr zuvorkommend und hat exzellent kommuniziert. Der Standort bietet wunderbare Fernsicht. Leider ist die nĂ€chste Infrastruktur nur per Auto (ca. 15 min) entfernt.

Agréable chùlet lumineux

Mon frĂšre et moi avons passĂ©s un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour de pĂȘche, dans ce chalet lumineux. Tout Ă©quipĂ©, bonne literies. Une belle vue sur la vallĂ©e . Des propriĂ©taires trĂšs gentils et rĂ©actifs . Le parking est assez large pour faire demi-tour et stationner un petit fourgon avec remorque et zodiac. A 10 min du lac de Crescent, 20 min du lac de Chaumeçon. A 15 min environ QuarrĂ© les tombes, petite supĂ©rette, pharmacie (excellente pharmacienne!), bar, restaurants, etc... 1 semaine de dĂ©connexion parfaite.

Toplage in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen in dem komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienhaus ausgesprochen wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter hat uns in alles Wichtige eingewiesen. Es gibt keine Deutschsprachigen TV-Programme aber das sehr leistungsstarke Internet ermöglicht den problemlosen Empfang z.B. von Nachrichtensendungen auf dem Laptop. Es gibt in der nĂ€heren Umgebung viel zu entdecken, nichts SpektakulĂ€res aber doch lohnenswert.

Région superbe........TrÚs belle découverte

Le chùlet est situé, sur les hauteurs, dans un hameau. St Germain des Champs est idéal pour découvrir la région en étoile (nombreux lieux sont à moins de 30 km). Les propriétaires sont charmants et de bons conseils. Un grand merci pour le présent que nous avons dégusté avec modération. Nous reviendrons, sans hésitation, à une autre période de l'année.

Een huis met alles erop en eraan. Ideaal met hond ( niet omheind, maar groot). Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en de cultuur te proeven. 3 weken geweest. Oktober. We hebben uitzonderlijk prachtig weer gehad. 20 graden en maar 2 dagen regen!

Un séjour tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le chalet du Crescent. Merci à Emmanuel pour son acceuil. Le chalet est trÚs bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Situé dans un hameau calme il est possible de se balader rapidement et facilement avec un bébé et un chien. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen HĂŒgel und man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Leider gibt es um das Haus herum keinen Schatten und der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse kann nur bei Windstille verwendet werden. Somit konnten wir uns bei heißem Wetter nur im klimatisierten Haus aufhalten. Allerdings haben wir eine schöne Badestelle am Lac du Crescent gefunden. Dort gibt es genĂŒgend Schatten und eine AbkĂŒhlung im See (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in QuarrĂ©-de-Tombes (Supermarkt und BĂ€cker) oder grĂ¶ĂŸere GeschĂ€fte in Avallon. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Holzchalet

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem hĂŒbsch eingerichteten und gemĂŒtlichen Chalet. Es war alles top. Schöne Aussicht und durch die vielen Fenstern sehr schön hell im Inneren. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Der Ort selbst besteht nur aus einigen HĂ€usern, GeschĂ€fte sind einige Kilometer entfernt. Wer lĂ€ndliche Idylle, Abgeschiedenheit und viel Natur mag, ist hier genau richtig.
