Welcome to Guadeloupe in this sea view studio located in a magnificent private residence for unforgettable and relaxing holidays.

The studio is located in a private residence, Anse des rochers, with a 1000m2 swimming pool in the middle of a magnificent 7-hectare garden planted with royal palms, coconut, banana, bougainvillea and other exotic fruit scents.

From its terrace you can enjoy a planter and a ti-punch facing the sea. The studio is planned for 2/3 people. It is on the 2 nd floor of the Balisier building

You will have access to a magnificent beach with umbrellas and coconut palms.
The sea is turquoise blue, with an average temperature of 27 to 30 degrees all year round.

In the residence Anse des rochers you will have a tennis court located in front of the sea, a space to play pétanque,
The area is located 4 km from ST François, the fishing port of the marina, the casino, the golf course and numerous restaurants.
Departure to Marie Galante, Les Saintes, Désirade, Petite Terre
Airport approx 40 mins.

L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut, de la moustiquaire, dont n'avons pas eu besoin, aux boules de pétanques, que nous avons découvertes seulement le dernier jour ! Nous étions venus nous ressourcer au calme et au soleil dans un nid douillet, ce fut au delà de nos attentes. Quel site merveilleux et emplacement de l'appartement idéal avec vue sur la mer ! Merci Christophe !

Il n'y a aucun reproche a faire sur cette location sauf un bémol a préciser il faudrait dire aux futurs locataires une chose très importante IL Y A DES COUPURES D'EAU TOUS LES 3 JOURS A HEURES DIFFERENTES LE SOIR NORMARLEMENT C4EST 18 H-6 H DU MATIN UN AUTRE JOUR C' ETAIT 19H - 7H ET POUR FINIR LE JOUR DE NOTRE DEPART LE 10 JANVIER IL N'Y AVAIT PAS D'EAU A 10 H 15 SONIA L'A CONSTATEE ET NOUS RENDIONS L'APPARTEMENT DONC PAS DE DOUCHE .
