On the ground floor, you will discover the separate kitchen equipped with: gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. It has a round table around which you can gather to share your breakfast.

By going down a few steps, you will find the first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a recently renovated bathroom and a toilet.



The living room / dining room is accessible by climbing a few steps from the kitchen. It will invite you to relax on its sofas and allow you to watch a film or follow a sporting event on television. The large table, for its part, will invite you to gather to enjoy a friendly moment while savouring delicious meals prepared by yourself.
