Wooden terrace, enclosed garden (300 m²) facing south/west. Football goal, racket games, beach games.
Single storey: lounge/living room opening onto a wooded area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate toilet.
Additional equipment: Wifi, CD player.
Included: electricity, air/water heat pump underfloor heating. Not included: sheets, towels/household linen, compulsory cleaning (€60) and tourist tax.
