Located just 200m from the seafront and 450m from the town centre with shops, local market, bars and restaurants, this late 19th-century townhouse of 220m² has the particular charm of the seaside villas of its era, all set on an enclosed plot of 1100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.



The house comprises on the ground floor an independent kitchen equipped with electric and gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a citrus press, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment. A dining room, a TV lounge, a bathroom and two double bedrooms complete this level.

The first floor has a bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite toilet-WC. Then a dormitory with three single beds AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER. In the basement you have a double bedroom with shower room and independent WC accessible via the garage.

At your disposal are an additional small fridge, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. You have four private outdoor parking spaces.
