Our stay at the garden cottage was amazing!! Gingers attention to detail is something to see. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the pictures did not do her house justice. One of the best homes we have ever stayed at. Thank you Ginger!!

Property is beautiful and very well cared for. Met the owners and they are terrific. The property is tucked back from the street so it seems like you are away from people which was very relaxing. Just what we needed. And we really enjoyed the pool.

Ginger and Joe are wonderful. Communication was outstanding. The property was great. They have everything you need for a family. CRIBS, baby monitor, high chair, toys. Kitchen fully stock. Beds are amazing. The is pool is large and clean and so inviting. I family was in pool full 4days. Thank you so much for your home it my our stay even more memorable.

Amazing Dog Friendly Home Away from Home

The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again!

Daughters trip

Me and my daughters had a great time staying here! Very clean, completely furnished and stocked. Even had laundry detergent and some basic cooking ingredients available. The pool and hot tub we didn’t stay out of. Lol! Overall 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

When we arrived we were greeted by Ginger and had a nice tour and chat. The hosts were very accomodating for our variety of needs over our 8 day visit. Our only issues were that ants came in, and that can happen any where, and that the jacuzzi didn't work as expected. There was heat but no bubbles no matter the setting. When I tried to communicate with them about it, they didn't respond til the next day. That is understandable since it was somewhat late, around 9pm, when we realized the issue. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we need that much space. Thank you!d had a nice tour and chat

Citrus Heights Cottage

Everything about this property is great, they have thought of everything. Wonderful AC, important in the Sac area. Fully equipped kitchen. Really clean. Comfortable beds. The pool is giant and so is the hot tub, also both very clean and such a treat for the Sacramento heat. It was very quiet. I felt safe, important for a person traveling alone. I would stay again.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely perfect place to stay while we visited family. Great communication the entire time and what an amazing pool. Super clean with everything you need. Huge living room TV. Internet wasn’t great but it did the job and that didn’t really matter because we were there to enjoy the pool anyway. We didn’t have any parties but it was really nice to be able to have some friends come and go occasionally to enjoy the pool without worrying what the hosts may say, or charge, to do so (not typically with most home rentals). I never say this, but with this place I will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Amazing

I can’t say enough about the owners and the property. Ginger and Joe have thought of absolutely everything you could need to have a pleasant stay. They were so gracious and warm plus the house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. I’d recommend this getaway to everyone.
