Reception person was rude when asked for extra towels and seemed bother. I felt the price was high for the quality of the room. The pull out couch didn’t even have sheets had to go and ask for blankets and sheets.

Best western now becomes inconsistent. I would not expect paying more than 100 bucks a day to stay with yellow blanket of motel 6 level. I tried to use laundry, and the key is always out.

Nice experience the staff was helpful and pleasant.

There was hair in the shower and tub, hair on all pillow cases, hair in the bed on the sheets, I took pictures and showed the front desk, she gladly gave us a new room next door, however it was the same, hair everywhere. Finally a room upstairs was decent. We arrived from a very long flight, arrived at 1am and to deal with three different rooms to find a clean room.... needless to say, nope, I will not be back!

The hotel was a great bang for your buck. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although the hotel was a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated having breakfast available. My only negative impression was the location. The hotel and a fuel station were the only businesses on the exit which made it feel isolated.

Every thing was great about the room, the breakfast was much more than the advertised continental breakfast. For some reason because I paid for the room in advance I was denied my membership points and other benefits.

I enjoyed everything! The room the pool and the hospitality.

The room, the staff, everything is perfect! Also the grounds are beautiful – with a nice pool and 2 hot tubs! Just a very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay
