Sabina Vacation Packages

Bonus for the early check in, however everything beyond that was sub par. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was VERY noisy outside, but the wooden shutters did help block some of it out. We booked specifically for the roof deck bar/restaurant, if you can call it that. It was never open when we tried to go there over the two night stay. We were however able to sit there and enjoy the views which were nice. The area is not a good one, it is in Travestere, but not on the side of the main road you’d want to be on, in my opinion, and one wrong turn you end up where you don’t want to be (trust us, we made that turn, unfortunately) To be fair though, it is only a short walk to the restaurants and Santa ‘Maria Church and Piazza, which is definitely worth the visit! Also next door is Saint San Francesco church, also a spot worth visiting. Over all we were disappointed. Also, being a tourist hotel, it would have been nice to have one TV channel available in English or the ability to put on the sub titles, we were very tired from being on foot all day and after a long exciting cruise that we would have enjoyed unwinding with some mindless television. We much preferred our stay earlier in the week in the historic district near the Spanish Steps and wish we had just stayed there for the duration of our trip to Rome. (We stayed a few night in Rome on either end of a cruise and thought it would be good to stay in different sections of the city, regrettably.

Great location, staff and price. Was a nice quiet stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the location was relatively convenient for getting around Rome. The pool was a great feature, with towels provided, and we appreciated the welcome drink when we arrived. The main downside was the shower, which was extremely small. Overall, a comfortable stay with some nice amenities, but the rooms could use some updating.

Room was small, but we got used to it. It was very clean. Had access to a great rooftop deck in a sister building around the corner. If you pay extra for a balcony, make sure you know what you’re getting as ours was very small and looked down on some undesirable back spaces.. Felt it was expensive relative to other similar and or larger places. The area/location was fabulous.

The staff was very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and booking our taxi. The room was clean and quiet but not big! The breakfast was good.
