You may want to consider removing this rental from your site. This was positively the worst experience I have had, and, I have stayed in a lot of places for business and personal. This is not a stand alone rental, it is a bunkie for the other cottage on the property. When booking a stay for 6 weeks, some amenities would be expected. We purchased our own bedding, toilet paper, dish soap (for the very few dishes on site), light bulbs (less than half were working), broom and cleaning supplies, literally nothing was on site. We even had to purchase our own pillows for the beds. Only half of the outlets work and there were very few, we purchased power bars just to be able to charge devices simultaneously, the microwave had to be unplugged to use the toaster as there was one functioning receptacle in the kitchen and the refrigerator was plugged in here. There was no hot water until the water heater was replaced on day 4 or 5, except that it only provided hot water to the kitchen sink, the other hot water lines to the bathroom and shower were disconnected in the crawl space due to leaks. The bathroom sink and cold shower leaked out on the floor and under sink. 2 paddle boats on site for the lake were a nice touch, however, they both had holes, so they were unusable. The list goes on and on... with the only positive being a new BBQ on site. Issued complaint with VRBO day 3, they responded on week 5. Terrible all around, never again!
