Condo is 251 has a nice southwestern style and sleeps a max of 6 people. It is a two level unit with the kitchen, dining area and half bath on the entry level. There are two bedrooms, with two private bathrooms downstairs. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There is a gas log fireplace and access to the back deck, Wi-Fi, Mr. coffee & Keurig coffee makers, central air, washer/dryer. It is1640 sq ft. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
