Important Notes

Stairs: The cabin sits high above the road with 33 steps to the main entrance. Guests with mobility concerns may want to consider this before booking.

Hot Tub: Available year-round. Please follow posted safety rules and supervise children.

Wildlife: Deer, elk, wild turkeys, and even the occasional bear roam the area. Secure food and trash, and never feed wildlife.

Water: The cabin overlooks the Rio Ruidoso across the road. While not directly waterfront, guests enjoy river sounds and serene mountain views.

HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. NO BUBBLES OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
