Our place is 3 bedroom plus office set up as a 4th bedroom. A main bathroom and ensuite off the master bedroom.
A spacious dining, living area and full kitchen with nespresso machine catering for any short or long stay.

Positioned literally boarding the redwood forest you will have use of a garage for secure parking/bike storage, fenced section, private deck.
Located only 5 minutes to the CBD, 10mins to the airport, close proximity to many lakes with the Blue Lake within a 10 minute drive. A short walk from the redwood shopping center with superette, cafes, takeaways, pharmacy, Good Eastern taphouse. Cityride bus stop 300m up the road.
You will have the whole house to yourself, with the most epic mountain biking trails at your doorstep.

The redwoods is a popular attraction in Rotorua with a large number of walking / running / mountain biking trails and the redwood tree walk. There are multiple lakes in the area Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake), Lake Okareka, Lake Tarawera, Lake Rotoiti being some of the most popular.
Rotorua is a great holiday destination as well as hosting many sporting events such as Crankworx, Tarawera Ultra, 3D, Off Road Half Marathon, Legend of the Lake just to name a few.

Great stay, lots of fond memories

The living room and kitchen are more spacious and cosy than pictured, actually. Otherwise, the pictures are good depiction of the place. We were grateful for the prompt and helpful responses to our messages. The children loved the spa. For a cold and wintery family gathering, this was the perfect venue. We created many lovely memories here, thank you.

Beautiful house and location

This place was perfect for our family's 5 day stay in Rotorua. It looks even better in person than in the pictures.Our kids enjoyed the toys. Most of all, we loved the easy access to the Redwood forest. We could have easily enjoyed another week here just to explore the forest.

The house was beautiful. In a prime location on the doorstep of the Redwood forest. Plenty of lovely walks to do in the surrounding area. The house was fantastic for our family. Fully equipped with everything you need. Huge fully fenced garden was perfect for the kids. Carla was a fantastic host. Comms were great and she did everything she could to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Magical redwoods

We loved staying at your home. It was comfortable, clean and secure, very family friendly. The artworks and large wall map was awesome. The proximity and ease of the stunning redwoods forest was ideal. Highlight was the night redwoods walking trail and the altitude experience.My children were very happy there and loved the daily spa.

Beautiful home at the forest edge

This was one of our favorite VRBO's ever! Kitchen was very well-stocked, loved the Breville for coffee (I might have to get one). Lovely quiet neighborhood, backyard gate to enter the redwood forest was great. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Perfect base for biking

We had a great time at this bach! Nice and warm with a fire and two heat pumps and lots of space for the kids to play. Best part was the location, with the forest right on your doorstep. Karla was very accommodating also.

Fantastic place to stay!

Carla is a fabulous host, quick to respond to questions etc. The locations is outstanding backing onto the Redwoods, had a morning stroll from the house to play disk golf. Quick drive down to Blue Lake, and practically on the Redwoods Loop track. House is clean and really well equipped making our stay super enjoyable We were a group of 6 adults. Would absolutely recommend. We had a brilliant weekend.
