The Best Apartment in Rota

Das Appartement war aussergewöhnlich! Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Rota und Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in gut 30 Minuten erreichbar. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. hervorzuheben ist die grosse walk-in Dusche, der grosse Smart-Tv mit sehr gutem W-Lan und natürlich die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Es sind schöne Möbel und ein Grill auf der Terrasse. Für die Unterstellung unseres Pkw war ein sicherer Platz in der im Haus befindlichen Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Juan war sehr freundlich und lief schnell und reibungslos ab. Schade, dass der Pool noch nicht geöffnet war. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt sehr genossen. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolute Spitze, von der Terrasse aus blickt man direkt auf den Strand,den Ozean und die Stadt Cadiz, besser geht es nicht.Juan ist ein klasse Vermieter, Kommunikation mit ihm war in jeder Hinsicht einwandfrei und vorallem zeitnah, unabhängig vom Thema. Darüber hinaus ist er äußerst hilfsbereit. So hat er einen Monitor für den Remotearbeitsplatz meiner Frau besorgt, die dort nicht ihren Urlaub verbracht, sondern gearbeitet hat. Die vorhandene Internetverbindung war stabil und und performant, auch bei parallel durchgeführten Videocalls.Wir haben den Aufenthalt genutzt um zu testen, ob Spanien als Wohnort für unseren anstehenden Ruhestand in Frage kommt, es war also kein Urlaubsaufenthalt im klassischen Sinne. Und, die Frage können wir eindeutig mit JA beantworten.Für unsere Anforderungen (Paar) ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sie verfügt über reichlich Stauraum. Bei den Fernsehprogrammen haben wir keine englischsprachigen Programme gefunden.Da die Temperaturen im November auch in Andalusien an der Costa del la Luz in den Morgen- und Abendstunden einstellige Werte annehmen können (wie während unseres Aufenthaltes), sind die vorhanden elektrischen Heizkörper ein absoluter Vorteil.Zu erwähnen ist noch das Restaurant "La Gaviota" in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Hier haben wir zum Feierabend immer unseren "Sundowner" getrunken - sofern das Wetter es zugelassen hat.

Perfekt 😍 für erholsame Tage in Rota
So soll es sein ! Ein perfekter Gastgeber, mit dem die Kommunikation im Vorfeld wie auch während des Aufenthalt super war! Vielen Dank Juan ! Auch der Check-In war perfekt organisiert und lief reibungslos ab. Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Terrasse mit einem Hammerblick über den Atlantik- Meeresrauschen inbegriffen. Durch den kleinen Vorbau gibt es auch eine etwas windgeschützte Ecke, was in den Wintermonaten schon angenehm ist. Bei sonnigem Wetter waren die beiden Hochstühle unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Wir waren 6 Wochen im Februar bis Mitte März vor Ort und haben trotz sehr durchwachsenen Wetter jeden Tag genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage reicht auch aus, um bei kühleren Temperaturen die Wohnung warm zu halten.
Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage hat eine vernünftige Größe - 😊 da hätte auch unserer „Großer“ Platz gehabt.
In der Anlage wohnen auch einige Dauermietern ( u.a. vom naheliegender Nato-Stützpunkt) bewohnt. Der direkter Nachbar ist auch super nett!
Rota erreicht man gut fussläufig über den wunderschönen Strand, alternativ windgeschützt durch den Park! Wir sind mit Hund unterwegs und haben die täglichen Spaziergänge am Strand sehr genossen!
Fazit: hier hat alles gepasst- wir kommen sicher wieder !!!

Muy buena experiencia
La estancia ha sido tan buena que sólo hemos bajado a la playa para entrar y salir del agua: en esa terraza se está muy a gusto.
El propietario ha sido muy atento y encantador en todo momento, facilitándonos todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar y dispuesto a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda o problema (que no los ha habido) en cualquier momento.
Remanso de paz para desconectar, y poder disfrutar visitando toda la Costa de la Luz (e incluso Jerez)
