"The staff did not accommodate us to what we asked. They gave us two towels in our hands and then came back later when we were gone and took one back. After we had asked for no room service and not to come in our room. The ice machine was not working the entire 4 days we were there. The phone in our room was not working. They have no elevators. I requested a room on the first floor and when we got there the room we had the lock on the door was broke. So I had to walk up the stairs to the second floor the entire 4 days I was there. I am handicapped that's why I requested the first floor. Can't do stairs well."
