I liked the breakfast and service overall. Very good complete and professional. The wifi is weak in the rooms plus parking a little too expensive but overall highly recommended hotel.

The room was amazing. It was large, clean and very cozy. It felt like an apartment rather than a standard hotel room. There where TONS of great restaurants near by. The hotel staff where friendly and surprised us with a bottle of Champagne on the day of our Wedding Anniversary. We will most definitely book again.

Visiting my home city

The service is excellent, great location, easy walk to center, restaurants, supermarket and even a laundromat. The reception people are excellent, friendly and most helpful. It is very clean and the breakfast was very fresh and plentiful.

Me cobraron más de lo informado mediante Hoteles.c

El hotel y la atención más que bien. Pero... Ni bien llegamos me informaron que el estacionamiento se cobraba aparte y cuando hicimos el check out me agregaron un 21% más en concepto de impuesto sin aclararlo antes.... Esas cuestiones tienen que ser informadas de antemano por el hotel para no tener ese tipo de sorpresas desagradables, sea por dónde fuere que se haya realizado la reserva. Con un simple llamado alcanza! De no ser por eso hubiese sido un 10 puntos rotundo. Esperemos mejoren esos aspectos. Saludos

Hermoso hotel con algunas contras

Tuve problemas con el ingreso. El horario de check in es bastante tarde (3pm). El día anterior llame para ver si podría tener la habitación antes y me dijeron que aún cuando estuviera libre, debería abonar el estoy check in. Llegué 5 minutos antes de las 15 ha y tuve que esperar 20 minutos. El recepcionista que estaba y el que siguió en el cambio de turno solo se disculpaban por todo pero no ofrecían ninguna solución satisfactoria ni una compensación. El hotel es hermoso, no es economico y se paga hasta él estacionamiento. Me alojé en la 105 y el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. Mis hijas no pudieron bañarse durante la noche. Nuevamente solo se disculparon.
