Ros Tower Hotel

The Ros Tower is a 4 star hotel with generous suites and good facilities, located close to the Parana river in an attractive part of central Rosario. The river front is only a few hundred meters from the hotel and excellent for jogging. The service is professional with most staff speaking excellent English. The food in the restaurant was inconsistent, with some dishes of outstanding quality but a steak which was asked to be served rare was medium to well done instead. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the coffee about 6/10

The Ros Tower is, supposedly, the best hotel in Rosario. It is well located, the rooms are decently sized and the facilities are reasonably maintained. Where the hotel falls short, in my opinion, is in its service. The hotel is seriously understaffed, particularly on weekends, and our room was not ready by 2 pm, even though we called in advance and were offered an early check in. At breakfast, we had to wait forever for a table to be clean and ready. And, even though I gave them 20 minutes to bring my car up from the garage, the car was never there when I came down. I guess the Ros Tower has gotten too comfy because of the limited competition and needs to brush up its service skills. A so-so experience.

there is not 1 thing good about this place Service in poor Food is terrible Spa is shocking Pool is dirty Rooms are miserable and in serious need of attention Phone didn't even work and never got fixed even after going down stairs and asking more than once. How they say they are a 5 star is unbelievable. There really should be some laws in place with this star certificate. I booked here as 5 star. But it shouldn't even be a 2 star!

Located near the river, not far from city nightlife and best dinning spots, ros towers is a good option for travelers looking to spend some nights in rosario. They have good breakfast, big tidy rooms, nice gym, and complete spa. I will recommend it for business.

We had an overnight stay here as was travelling from Córdoba to Buenos Aires, Wish we could have stayed longer. Gorgeous room, well decorated, felt like a little girl in her parents bed! It was huge, an extra bed in the sitting room divided by a sliding door and separate bath room. The bath!!! Well wow!! I now want one of those at home!! A jacuzzi bath and lovely shower!! All the toiletries were really sweet and welcome after travelling all day. The swimming pool was stunning and clean, well looked after and lots of floats for the kids. Really liked this hotel. Had a lovely stay.

We arrived to the ros tower hotel for a short stay of two days but even though it was a pleasant stay, at the moment we arrived the hotel people where really nice, they helped us with our bags and showed us the hole room so we knew all the details of it, at night we where tired but we still wanted to go and drink something refreshing so we went to the lobby and had some drinks in family, for me this hotel is a new and nice hotel in which you can share in family.

The walls are paper thin, slamming doors all night long. The room service is absolutely hopeless. The spa on the roof is awful. The desk staff are idiots. Hot water is scarce. It pretends to be a business hotel but is nothing of the sort- find anyplace else.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an international Congress in November. This property is advertised as being five stars but don't believe the hype at best it's a three star hotel. Pros: - soft luxurious towels - good location near the river and downtown Rosario Cons: - shamefully poor wi Fi service throughout the hotel. Many of my colleagues had the same problem with consistently inconsistent wi Fi. When hotel staff was alerted they advise that they have reset the router and that's the best they can do. The reset of the router did nothing to improve wi Fi service. - bed sheets are worn down and in need of replacement - no iron in rooms. When I called the front desk I was told that all the irons had been all lent out and that I would have to pay for the hotel ironing service which is available the following day in the morning. If the hotel loans out the irons they should collect them back from guests within an hour so the other patrons can use them. I had to use the bathroom steam from the hot shower to remove the wrinkles in my clothes. - no clock in the room at all. - poor sound proofing in rooms meaning that every morning I could hear the next door neighbor 's water running through the pipes in the wall. I could also hear the TV and talking from the next door neighbor. - mold spots on bathroom ceiling. I do not recommend staying at this overpriced three star hotel.

Stayed here during farming congress last week as most other hotels fully booked. Room clean with 2 single beds (would have preferred larger bed). Bathroom a little dated with shower curtain rather than glass screen (although very clean). Along with usual soap and shampoo suppliers, a sewing kit (haven't seen this in about 20 years!) and a single plastic wrapped kleenex (this drives me crazy) were provided. Breakfast good.

The hotel is good but it´s not a five star, On arrival there was only one person at the counter taking care of everybody. The room had a good size and the bathroom also, but the towels were very hard. An ok breakfast, but without a variety of breads
