Appartement tres propre et confortable avec accès rapide au métro. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement pour cuisiner, la literie de bonne qualité, et beaucoup d'espace pour 6 personnes. Merci au propriétaire pour les précisions sur les bus, metros, supermarchés à proximité, qui nous a bien aidé !

Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und in einem hervorragenden und sauberen Zustand. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt einen offenen und einen verglasten Balkon. Auf letzterem befindet sich die Waschmaschine und der Gas-Durchlauferhitzer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Stefano detailliert eingewiesen.Um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, haben wir entweder die U-Bahn B1 oder die Buslinie 80 genutzt. Die Wege zu den Haltestellen sind nicht allzuweit. Das Haus liegt allerdings auf einem Hügel, so daß es von der Haltestelle zum Gebäude merklich bergauf geht. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie ausdrücklich empfehlen.
