The property was in a convenient and vibrant location. The area/ building was safe however when an emergency arose, the property management team failed to communicate in a timely manner which led to additional costs/ locksmiths being called. There are also cleaning fees to be made aware of prior to booking.

When I booked the property check out time was 11 am on my booking , the the day of check out I was told I needed to be out by 10am, cleaning lady showed up and didn’t even let me use the restroom before leaving. I had to borrow a restroom from a coffee shop near by!

Would not recommend

The apartment is very poor. Photos are different to the apartment as there is no fridge freezer, bathroom tiny and generally the quality is old,tired and furniture very worn. The apartment is so noisy as it is above restaurants and close street noise. We could not sleep and had to move out to another property. Also it is difficult to access the building as the code numbers are worn out so impossible to read and to open the front door. We had to wait for a resident to help us get in. This is definitely not worth the charges. Would not recommend
