I have got a recommendation about Seven Kings Relais from one of my friend who ware being there before. I can really reccomnd this hotel, which is very decent and friendly staff, specially Mr, Mangiu is very helpful and very informative about the Rome city, and his guide was save my time and money. This place very close to Rome terminal and other key destinations. Foods, metro and buses are closed by.

Stayed in room 101 for two nights. It was booked by our travel agent, which was a mistake on our part, as we could have paid much less if we had booked it ourselves. The shower was not clean, clean, the shower rose was falling apart with water spouting in all directions and the rail was no longer adjustable, but sagged to its lowest point. The bed was hard, the pillows thin and uncomfortable. There was constant noise of furniture being dragged on the tiled floor above, from early morning till late at night. No tea or coffee making facilities. The air conditioning, although noisy, worked well. The location is convenient to a supermarket and numerous eateries. There was no mobile phone signal on either of our phones. Wifi was ok though.

We would never have found this hotel without a taxi dropping us off, it doesn't look like a hotel from outside and the sign is very small. The set up inside is also not as I expected but the room was very nice, very clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size. Small gripes such as only 2 hangers for clothes for two people staking for 3 days but we just lived out the case. Unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and the interaction we had was as if they were doing us a favour letting us stay here. Location wise it is close to everything. We did however get taxis on a couple of occasion as we wanted to get to places sooner rather than later, the Vatican museum for example. You can walk to anywhere. Longest for us was the Colosseum which even then only took 30 mins. Don't stay in bed, get up and out early. Most sites are open from 8, churches from 7, its cooler and quiet going early. Would come back to Rome but would try another hotel. I assumed this would be what I am used to when I say hotel, it was more like a room / apartment in a block.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Seven Kings Relais. The hotel is located in the center of Rome (near Termini) and there are several bus stops in front of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious but walls between them are thin so expect to hear noises from adjacent rooms Also it is equipped with a safe box.. During our stay we experienced a problem with a leakage from the air condition but the very helpful guy at the reception fixed it during our absence. We had no breakfast in the hotel but there is a wonderful Sicilian cafe nearby that opens early and serves wonderful coffee and sweets. Also adjacent to the hotel front door there is a mini market and a small shop with sandwiches.

The hotel was great, lovely and clean, maid in every day very convenient for all sight seeing. The walls are very thin but it never caused us a problem. We arrived an hour late at 11pm due to a flight delay and the guy in reception was extremely helpful even carried our cases. We will return to this hotel if we visit Rome again. There's a little gem of a bar out of the courtyard doors and round to the left.

Nice location, not too far from the main interesting locations in the city. Rooms are o.k. But the shower could use a fresh up. People are very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant, so for any kind of meal you have to go outside, which was pretty o.k., because there are a few restaurants nearby that also serve breakfast.

Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were greeted rather abruptly by a middle aged man in a hat (I did not manage to catch his name but he always wore this hat). We were told we had not paid for our room, which we had and I even had a receipt on my phone to prove it. After a while of debating about this we were given our room key. Room was very small but clean nonetheless. View from the window wasn't so great however - all we could see was the pizza restaurant below. The room was very noisy and we struggled to sleep most nights. Was awoken by knocking and banging at 6am one morning possibly from the restaurant downstairs opening up. Room also stated that we had a minibar however when we arrived we saw that actually you have to pay to drink anything from it, so we didn't touch it. Bed was made each day and clean towels every 3 days. Free wifi worked fine. Tv in room only had one channel. Again when we left, we were questioned about if we'd paid for the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel - look for something else! Location wise was fine. A 20-30 min walk to most attractions so not bad at all. And very close to termini station where the airport buses drop you off.

Staying here in Rome Rooms very modern and clean Hotel is in a shared residence with in a private courtyard. Tea and coffee available in the reception area. No breakfast on offer here Which we didn't realise as when we booked it said that it was included ?? No complaints what so ever. Nice place 😎

Decent Hotel that does everything you need it to.The guy at reception was very helpful when we arrived. The room was fine, warm clean and a decent shower! Location was good, only 10-15mins walk to city centre, 10 mins walk to Metro station where it is easy to see all the sights. Really nice sandwich shop next door to hotel (think its called Persis) and a bit further down across the road is a reallllly nice Ice cream place. Id recommend staying here if all you are looking to do is see the sights. The only down side to the hotel was that the walls are really thin! You can hear everything... Wifi worked the whole time as well.

Arrived here last Sunday as a surprise from my partner for my birthday, and what a surprise!! Tam bus from Fiumincino took 40 mins cost 6 euros and went to Termini station, then about a 10 minute walk to the hotel (print a map if you take this option as it's a few streets away but certainly starts off the adventure!) Once at Seven Kings we were greeted my grand wooden doors and the receptionist who carried both our cases (mine being almost 20kg) up the two flights of stairs, gave us a map of the city circling places of interest and showed us round our room. The room itself was lovely, traditional Italian! It looked nice and was clean... when you only spend time in the room to sleep and get ready what more could you want. The only reason this isn't 5 star is because the toilet seat was broken, which I'm sure they'd have fixed had we asked and the walls were super thin - at the time of us staying an Italian couple were having an in depth argument next door (shame our Italian is very poor!) Location for us was perfect!! We were told this was the business district so it was a nice area which was about a 10 minute walk from Republica metro station. We walked into the centre with Trevi fountain and it took about 25 minutes, and in Rome it's worth walking as you see a new attraction/statue/piazza round every corner. There's a gorgeous gelataria if you walk outside of the hotel and left down the street - ice creams were half the price and double the size of those in the centre (and nicer!!!) La Granda Belleza was a lovely restaurant on the street at the back of the hotel - both staff and food were lovely! If like us you like exploring the city itself, but also want to experience it away from the rest of the tourists this is a must!!!
