I booked two rooms at this aparthotel. One room was okay, but the other was terrible. The photos online do not match reality — this was honestly my worst experience with an aparthotel. I even had to buy my own cleaning supplies just to continue my stay, which should never happen. The only positive thing is that it’s close to the train station and the Mercato. However, one of the descriptions said it was close to the Colosseum, and that was a complete lie. If you want to visit the main attractions, you must take a taxi, Uber, or the train. The area around the property did not feel safe. I even witnessed a fight in the street while walking back, and several drivers warned me to be careful in that neighborhood — which was especially upsetting since I was traveling with my whole family. On top of that, the gate with the lock code stopped working the next day, adding even more stress. I wasn’t able to rest at all. The room itself was in awful condition: • Bathroom with mold • Beds completely messy and poorly maintained Honestly, they need to fix these apartments and stop allowing guests to stay until they make major improvements. It is not safe in any sense. I was really in shock when I arrived, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location is not the best. The room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The bathrooms is ok although the shower need some maintenance. The staff when we check in was not very friendly, however the staff when we check out much nicer. The biggest downside of this place is the location, not the best and lots of street vendors close by so it doesn’t give a safe vibe.

This is not a hotel. The owners are not there from 4PM to 9AM. The gates & doors open to the street are sometimes left propped open which ia a big security hazard. The owner did not send the gate or door code & also would not answer our call. We were then stranded out on the street at check in. We had responded to her email asking what time we would check in. The next day we were locked out of our room because they set the code for 1 day instead of 3. The next day the gate would not work for us or another couple. The owner did not answer for a while every time we called. The rooms were dirty, the fixtures old & broken, there was a leak in the shower & the bathroom smelled of smoke & grime. The last day they said they could lock our bags up for us for a few hours, but instead they were just left in the lobby. The stove was broken, too.

This is definitely a budget property. Walls are paper thin. Lack of outlets so had to charge cell phone away from any tabĺe. And only and device at a time. The lock and key very fussy and could even hear other rooms struggling with their door locks

This was an awful place to stay. Very convenient location for the train station, but it was very dirty, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the bed was hard, and the kitchenette had bugs all over it. I felt so gross staying in the room. The pictures must be either old, edited, or we just got a crappy room.

No me ofrecieron ningún desayuno, el lugar es frente a la estación de tren siii, cerca del tren estarás, pero el baño sucio y lleno de moho, le dije el primer día que llegué y me dijo que me fuera y dejara la llave en la mesa, obvio que no me iría y perdería mi dinero, equipos eléctricos no funcionan, no recomiendo eso que le den mantenimiento

You never see anyone. Someone gets in touch with you to give you codes to get into place. No elevator. Cleanliness good. Huge room. All amenities. Big problem in getting out though. Electronic gate has no switch I could find to activate lock. Played with an electric wire hanging down to make the unlock work. Breakfast is about a block away from room. Was good, but a tad incovenient.

I rarely saw staff as they are not on property for very long buch such is the way of things in Italy. The shower head was broken when I checked in, which took a couple of days to get replaced. The room was spacious and clean. overall, I'd stay again despite a couple of short comings

Our room wasn’t clean, there was mould in the shower and dirt on the floors. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Our room looked nothing like the photos posted on here. The only positive was that the lady at reception was very welcoming and kind. Security seemed thourough as well because it was not a safe part of the city.

nope- too many codes and emails

I don't think this should be on Hotels.com considering what you have to go through directly with this property no matter if you are prepaid, etc. To get entry to the "apartment" you have to send ID and credit card at least 24 hours ahead so they will send you 3 codes and 7 photo attachments to tell you how to get into the complex and your room. There is only staff on site until 4pm so you are out of luck if your codes don't work but there is a whatsapp number if you need something- ridiculous. No elevator, mini kitchen and if you want a hot shower it will get scalding- as long as you don't turn off the water heater via the light switch looking thing in the bathroom. Spare but clean and close to the train station but I would never stay here again. Had a little trouble leaving since it was dark and there wasn't much light in the courtyard and the switch to open the gate is 20 feet from it. Bad experience

When we arrived the shower was boiling hot, as in the mixer had absolutely no cold water coming out it was like a just boiled kettle; the aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing; the bedroom light wouldn’t turn off; and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We raised these things with hotel staff who assured us that maintenance had fixed them but while they had fixed the shower and light, they had just turned off the aircon (now with no way to turn back on) and the toilet still wouldn’t flush. We had no working toilet for the full stay which was very poor for the price paid for the room. The bed was also missing springs on one side of the bed. Onsite parking was helpful. Would not book again and would not recommend.
