Although pretty basic,it’s a decent location, staff are helpful. Ask for executive (?) room if possible, our double room was a bit small, good shower. Licensed cab is set fee of €30 from ciacampo airport

Giovanni was a great host. He took time to show us everything on the map. The building was in a historic building, which means it's a little hard to find (most places aren't allowed to put up signs). We called and Giovanni came out to meet us. The building is convenient and close to the law courts. Breakfast was a Cappuccino and croissant across the street. The only downside was one night there were loud footsteps coming from the floor above us..but it's not the hotel's fault. We think a giant lives upstairs. Heh heh.

Reaidenza Roma was very easy to find with the taxi. Friendly welcome and good room for the 3 of us with 2 teenagers. Location is perfect and selected because near The Vatican. Breakfast in a nearby cafe and good too. Big street but quiet. Was great and easy access to all sites of Rome. Room was perfect and tidy. Enough space and good internet. Thank you.

Considering the prices you find in Rome, these guys did a fantastic job by setting a comfortable price and moving just above your expectations during your stay. Gianluca was particularly helpful in showing us how to get to find some fantastic restaurants on the map they provide as well as the quickest routes to various tourist attractions. You can't ask for a better location. As far as we were concerned, everything worth seeing in Rome, for us, was walking distance as you're right between the coliseum and the Vatican City. Side note: the WiFi worked consistently and was at a perfectly acceptable quality. I recommend this place to any single or couple as we were greatly satisfied during our time here. Thanks boys!

The hotel location was great, just a 10 minute walk from Vatican City and Piazza Spagna. We were welcomed by Leonardo, an excellent fountain of information about the city. The room was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size for Italy, and the breakfast (at the corner bar) was a great addition. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Leonardo for your hospitality!

The hotel location was decent, the rooms were clean and decent too. However, the main attraction was Leonardo's wonderful depth of knowledge about Rome and enthusiasm; meeting the very best sights/sounds and tastes! All of Leonardo's suggestions that we did were great and hit the spot for us perfectly. Amazing food recommendations (particularly the Recafé!!) Do stay here and ask for Leonardo to help mark up your map! Love from London & Germany

it is about 20min from the hotel to Vatican City or Vatican museum by foot.we stayed for 5 nights in the same room of the hotel . The only trouble we had during the time was the difficulty of finding the right place where it has built on the map, because the restriction enforced the city ,we could not find any sign on the roads as well as the buildings. It took us half a hour to get to the hotel. So we strongly recommend the visitors who would use the hotel to check out the place to go before your departure and make a phone call as soon as possible after you got lost. The services we had were so nice and friendly that we could felt as if we were at home. If you visit Vatican City several times during your stay in Rome, the location of the hotel will make you feel more comfortableness.

Somewhere in the middle but at least 15 minutes to closest attraction spots. -90 euros for one night stay and breakfast and city taxes not included:) -Bathroom was so cramped, similarly the room. Pillow wasn't fluffy but hard. -There is no place to sit enjoy a coffee. -A bottle of water is 4 euros.

I have celebrated New Year in Rome and stayed 5 days in Residenza Roma hotel. I have enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel because: 1. The hotel is located in the city center several minutes walking to the metro station (Spagna) and important sightseeing points: Spanish steps, Castello Angelo and Vatican. 2. The host, Luka, was very friendly and helpful. He advised the places that we should visit, restaurants and how to get to the sightseeing points. Also, I would like to admit that I have requested to print my train tickets, bring the iron to the room - all requests have been completed. Also, there is no problem to contact hosts via Whatsapp/email, they will respond immediately. 3. The room was not that big, however, we had everything we needed: hair dryer, wifi, TV, conditioner, and fridge. 4. Also, we got a free champaign bottle as a New Year courtesy. There are some minor points, however, they would not affect your stay: 1.The hotel is situated in a block of flats on the second floor. There is an elevator, though, it is really tiny. It might be slightly inconvenient if you are traveling with small kids, the baby carriage would not fit inside. 2. Even though the hotel is located in the center, the street is rather empty. But do not be scared, you would have the Carabinieri office just in front :) If you would stay in Residenza Roma, take Bus Shuttle to get from the airport fiumicino. It is the best option, as it will cost only 6 euro per person, approximately 40 minutes to get to the 'Vatican bus stop' and just 5 minutes walking to get to the hotel. I suppose that next time when I go to Rome I will consider my stay at Residenza Roma and would recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.

This was given to us today as a gift we found it in the room to celebrate Nye 😊😊 The staff is really nice, sweet and helpful!! The location is perfect and the room is comfortable 😊 Good wifi and got water 😊😊
