I absolutely regret staying here for 2 nights. The room I had smelt disgusting, absolutely gross. It got worse by the 2nd day. If we weren’t leaving after the 2 nights, I would’ve changed hotels. After leaving, the smell had seeped into our clothing and I’m upset. I can’t even explain how disappointed and confused I was after reading treat reviews. The room was also not great. The bathroom faucet, for example, had a whole in the dry wall around it. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close. The only thing I can say is the staff were friendly and it’s a fantastic location.

Absolutely wonderful staff! The property itself is beginning to show its age a bit, but this did not bother me at all. To me it’s just a bit of patina. The location and staff are just perfect, as are all of the amenities of the property. I see some people oddly and randomly complaining about the paint colors of the black walls, and how utterly ridiculous! If you want a great location in the heart of Rome, don’t hesitate and book this place right now! If you can do it, do yourself a favor and book the terrace suite, FANTASTICO! Thank you so much to the friendly staff for making our stay in your amazing city so wonderful. Bravo amico’s!

Unfortunately, our room had a TON of mosquitos and there were already dead mosquitos on the wall from previous stays. The sheets had a wet smell to them that made our sleep uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not up to par. I do not recommend this stay to anyone, however the staff was very nice and location is a great area.

The perfect spot for travelers! The hotel is wonderfully positioned within walking distance to everything we wanted to experience in Rome. The breakfasts refreshing with coffee made to order, rooms comfortable and cool especially for our afternoon naps, the rooftop view breathtaking. But what made our stay even better was the amazing staff - everyone was welcoming, kind and genuinely seemed happy to see us each day. Luca and Manuela made the effort to get to know us, offer us great recommendations and made us feel like family. We miss Roma and the Coronari Palace immensely and hope to return again soon! Staff made up for the rooms being slightly “tired”, all the staff were excellent and very very friendly. Location is literally 100m from Piazza Navona-and 5-25 minutes walk from every other major attraction you could want to visit. Location is about the best I’ve stayed at in Rome.

Very nice receptionists and facility overall. Only complaint is the A/C not strong enough or having too much control over it. Also the A/C dripped a lot of water into the room/floor from the ceiling. The staff was very accommodating however and made temporary fixes.

Great hotel but a little loud

We loved this hotel except we were on the first floor and it was quite noisy outside which seeped into the room until about 2am. I’m sure the upper floors get progressively better but if this is something that would keep you awake then I would avoid. Everything else was perfect, great location, great service, clean and a lot of free drinks, snacks.
