Located on a side street away from all the cars and traffic (except cabs and delivery trucks), GREAT LOCATION! As you pull up, it's a little deceiving, but once inside...very contemporary beautiful hotel. Our room overlooked the busy street, but windows were very sound proof so we didn't hear outside noise. Solarium was a great place to retreat for a drink after a long day of touring. Restaurants galore within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Our family trip to Italy ended in Rome and this hotel was great! It has a great location- centrally locates - 1 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful- they booked a tour for us. The rooms were very modern and clean! Each evening we had a drink on the rooftop patio - great way to end a busy day. We had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Every tine was made fresh! We will definitely be back next time we are in Rome.

We booked this based on other reviews and really enjoyed our stay. The staff we some of the friendliest and helpful we've encountered. The rooms are small but confortable, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooftop area and open area bar and breakfast area was an oasis in the afternoons. Only issue is its really close to the Trevi so walking traffic can be a hassle, however if you can't sleep and want to see the fountain at odd hours is a 2 min walk.

Our trip began in Rome. Wanted to stay near Trevi Fountain. RELAIS trevi 95 Boutique Hotel was perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom beautiful. Most important to me air conditioner was great.

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed. Central location was great. Front desk help was excellent. It’s close to Trevi fountain so it’s a little crowded And noisy on streets . Room modern. Value was good.

We will start with the negatives, yes as some other reviews have mentioned there are some sewage works going on just outside the hotel but they look like they are coming to an end. There were no bad smells and the work has to be done so just unfortunate we were there while they were going on but in no way did this spoil the enjoyment of this hotel. Basically the views from all the rooms are the same as the buildings around are the same height. Only on the the 4th floor it’s different but you can only see other rooftops. Other reviews said it’s noisy with the windows open and it can be but the air conditioning is fine to keep you cool. Breakfast on the 4th floor is very nice with a good variety and choice of food and they will cook you bacon and any sort of eggs you want. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms of a good size contrary to some other reviews. The staff are very polite and nothing is to much trouble for them. The other great thing about this hotel is the location, it is in walking distance to virtually everything of interest although the Vatican we visited using a taxi (eight euros). The hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants all within walking distance. Overall we found this hotel the ideal base for this trip to Rome. Jackie and rob (27-30 September)

We had an amazing trip to Italy and our last stop was Rome for one day and night. I picked this hotel for the location and it looked nice in the pictures and reviews. Centrally located to shopping and the Trevi Fountain. Rooms were great - a little tight on space with our luggage. But very clean, high ceilings, very modern and Beautiful. The roof top was a great space for breakfast which was excellent. The service was great and they made us omelets to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback which I wish I knew was that you couldn’t park a car anywhere near the hotel. We had to park in a garage several blocks away and find our way there. If I knew that I would have dropped our rental back at the airport and taken a taxi to the hotel. But the staff helped us find the garage and got us a taxi when we were leaving. Other than that the stay was great! We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve been trying to get a reservation at this hotel for over 2 years. I go to Italy several times a year;always for my birthday. Whenever I’ve tried to get a reservation it is always booked I made my reservation in March for my September arrival. I was so happy to finally get a reservation at this hotel especially since I will be celebrating my birthday. When I got to my room I noticed a strong raw sewage smell. I contacted the front desk. I was told they would have housekeeping look at it while I’m gone. When I came back the smell was still in the room. I was told there was no empty rooms because they were at full capacity. I knew that was a lie since someone told me they weren’t full. I rented a single and they they didn’t want to put me in a double. I wouldn’t mind paying the difference just to get out of the smelly room. The next day I inquired about the smell once again they said they would have housekeeping look at it. I even asked if they had an Italian equivalent to Clorox to pour down the drains and the toilet. When I returned to my room their remedy was to open the windows it was very, very hot in Rome. The hotel is also close to Trevi Fountain so there’s going to be constant noise from outside. I had to sleep in a hot room because I had to keep the window open. I complained about the room smell several times when I checked out,I left a note because I knew I was just getting the runaround because the room was already paid for. I left a note with the gentleman at the front desk he said he would pass it on to the manager he also said he would look into me getting some kind of compensation but he didn’t have the authority when I left the note I said I was not complaining about the staff everyone I came in contact with were very nice;even the ones giving me the runaround regarding the smell. My main concern was the awful smell. I went on to Florence for five days. No one returned my calls and now they’re not offering any compensation. I had to spend my time in Rome in a hotel room with the windows open. Once again,it was disgustingly hot in Rome. I go to Italy several times a year and I work in an industry where I recommend hotels to coworkers going on leisure trips all the time. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I am so disappointed especially since I waited over two years for a reservation at this hotel. The way I’m being treated after the fact is very disheartening. All of my correspondences with them have been very professional but yet they refuse to reach out to me. I know I’m just one bad review in a sea of positive ones, but the way they’re treating me after the fact is disappointing. Beyond. Disappointing.

Quick weekend away, first stay in Rome - we needed a central place to stay at for 3 nights and this hotel was perfect. With an amazingly comfortable bed, the room was definitely on the smaller side, but we didn’t spend much time in there, roaming around Rome (or should I write ‘roming’?). Cannot comment on the breakfast or the bar as we never made it up to the fourth floor. The best thing about this hotel is the location - we walked everywhere, the Vatican was just a little bit more than half an hour away. And the receptionists were always very welcoming. Thanks for having us!

This is a cute small hotel close to Trevi in a great location. The first room allocated to us wasn't what we had expected as we opted for a deluxe room and the images on the website led us to believe the deluxe rooms were bigger and nicer. In fairness they changed us to triple room straight away and although the bathroom wasn't as nice as the first room the sleeping area was much bigger and an additional window gave a much airier feeling. Reception staff were all welcoming and polite and keen to help with anything we asked. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was the roof top bar feature and sadly the cocktails weren't great so we only tried it one evening. Breakfast is served up here and its a good selection but freshly squeezed juice is charged for.
