Perfect location, but prepare for some quirks

You honestly can’t beat the location — right in the heart of everything. But check-in is a bit chaotic. You're supposed to call three days in advance to confirm the arrival time and then call an Italian number once you’re at the door. Not super intuitive, especially if you're juggling multiple travel plans. That said, once we got in touch, the reception team was fantastic — super helpful and accommodating. There’s even space to store luggage before check-in, which was a big plus. The space itself goes by multiple names (we booked Relais but ended up at Flâneur — apparently, they’re the same thing?). Our room was tiny but had everything we needed. The bathroom, though, could use some TLC: it felt a bit rundown, some mold on the ceiling, and it really needed a more thorough clean. Also, the walls could use a refresh — a bit scruffy in places. The air conditioning worked great, and despite being right on Via del Corso, street noise wasn’t an issue. But it's an old building, so we could hear people talking in other rooms and every door opening like it was happening right next to us. All in all, it’s a solid spot to stay for a night or two while exploring Rome — just go in with realistic expectations. It's not luxury, but it gets the job done.

The location was amazing! It was right in the center of the main shopping district. Both the room and the bathroom or larger than most we experienced in Europe. The staff was amazing. We had a mobility scooter delivered for my mom, which they kindly kept in their very large storage closet for us. It was there when we arrived, and we left it there when we departed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Room 103 . Best room we had on all of our Europe of travels. Nice bathroom too.

First I wasn't aware this hotel didn't have a front desk services 24h or either at cafetoria. Then, the day we check in, the elevator broke and we have to request to get luggage up to our rooms. Furthermore, this hotel is located in a street that becomes pedestrians only through the day and is not available for vehicles to get in or out, only in the very earliest hours in the morning, that's an inconvenience if you have to change in/out in the middle of the day. For sure I wouldn't recommend it. The people at hotel try the best to accommodate due to the inconvenience, still it was too much aggravation

This little hotel is a very smart design. Everything about it was quality. It is also centrally located. Everything you want is right there. Many restaurants. Good public transportation. So much to see in just a 30 minute walk.

The room’s carpet was very dirty and it was clear that the daily cleaning of the room’ floor was deficient. There were no glasses to drink water. In 8 days never changed towels neither bed sheets.

This hotel was a great find! The room was spotless, seriously clean and tidy. Everything was just where it should be. Plus, the location was perfect. We were so close to everything we wanted to see. It made getting around super easy. Also we had balcony in our room which was perfect Definitely recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Would stay here again for sure!
