The approximately 100 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building from the 1600s, a few meters from the Pantheon, equipped with a lift. The floors and coffered ceiling are original from the period. The internal space consists of a large living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small laundry room and an equipped eat-in kitchen, where you can have breakfast. The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable 3-seater sofas, 1 of which is also a comfortable double bed, a dining table for six people, LCD smart TV, sideboard. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and independent heating.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes and shoe racks, as well as a space dedicated to your suitcases. One of the two rooms also has the possibility of separating the bed to obtain two single beds and also of a possible extra single bed for a total of 7 beds
There are 2 bathrooms serving the bedrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the two bathrooms has a bidet. At guests' service: air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, LCD Smart TV, Wi-Fi, oven, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, soaps , shampoos.

Perfect location!

Alessandra was awesome! Communications was fabulous! The apartment is in a perfect location and was absolutely darling. She not only provided a great space but gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat, a map with walking times to key places, and all the details for the apartment. All of her recommendations were amazing! Will definitely be recommending to friends and hopefully returning for another stay!
