Luisa was absolutely wonderful. She helped with everything from a wonderful taxi experience, pickup and delivery to little things like an extra blanket. Her step by step instructions were clear and easy the understand. The property itself was very short walk to so many important and significant sites. Will stay again.

This is an amazing find, thank you, Hotels.com! This is not your typical hotel; it’s better. The building doesn’t have a big sign outside, but once we entered and saw our two rooms, we fell in love with them. Great location and super friendly staff. Bravo!

Great location between all the "need to see" activities. Although, it's tucked away in a quieter neighborhood which was fantastic. Luisa was great checking us in and lining up a taxi for our departure. Every entry is a keypad, so no room key which was a great feature. Would definitely stay here again.
