Was a lovely clean room with Air conditioning, the staff were friendly, great location, near to Spanish steps. The one comment I have is that if you struggle with stairs, there are a fair few stairs to climb whichever room you stay in. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay, and the room was quiet with very good soundproofing. Most places you'd want to see are within a thirty minute walk, near to the metro. So yes, highly recommended.

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — very close to the city center with easy access to everything, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!”

Very hospitable, accommodating! Eric Lucia n team. Very central, few steps from the Spanish steps and many other famous landmarks. Hop n hop off bus pick up point is close by, tour is the best way to see Rome in one n a half hour!

We got to the address and met the gentlemen who showed us to our place who was very nice. I did not know it was not in the same location and we walked two blocks to it. You will need to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. Spanish Steps are right there and god location for sights and shops. We needed to leave our bags between checking into another hotel we had booked and were told to drop them at reception with the keys. When we got there no one was there and did not feel comfortable leaving our bags there with no one to watch them. We had to bring them to my sons hotel to watch them for us. If we did not have that option available to us we would not have been able to go on our tour that was booked.

Eric & staff were so helpful and friendly! They arranged transport for us from the airport- it was excellent to get into a nice clean car after a long flight and get to the hotel! We got there before check in time and they were able to store our bags while we explored the heart of Rome! So many landmarks within a short stroll! Location was excellent!! They also gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink (wine) at the attached restaurant Le Bistro. There are steep stairs - they helped us with bags but if anyone has trouble with stairs keep this in mind. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Excellent service, just fantastic rooms!

The location was great for our short stay at the end of our Italy trip, the night's leading up to heading back to the States. Walking distance to a lot of touristy things we left for this side of the trip and did not disappoint. Breakfast was abundant, service was accommodating and the rooms were amazing. I believe there were 5 rooms in the townhouse but did not feel crammed. Over all a great place and would absolutely recommend for couples or single travelers.

Jewel near the Spanish Steps

Had a wonderful stay. Great bathroom and air conditioning! We had a view of the street below which was fun! Beware! There are very steep stairs to get up to the reception and more to get up to your room. There is no one to help with bags and the reception closes in the evening so no one to help arrange cabs after they leave or before they arrive in the morning. It is a very small, 5 room house but they offer a self-serve coffee and alcohol bar with biscotti which is heaven sent after a long day of sight seeing! Highly recommend it this little jewel in the Spanish Steps neighborhood!

Perfect!

Fantastic location. Warm welcome. Lovely friendly, helpful staff - Silvia, Sara, Eric all brilliant. Super room (101) and a jacuzzi bath. Sky TV. What's not to like? Maybe the chocolate pastries - just too tempting! Would totally recommend.

Best staff but not a nice hotel

Staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly !! However The hotel does not even have a kettle in the room, hotel is so small , we have to sit very tight for breakfast . our room is just right of the reception so you could hear everything and the sound from the next room as well. Hotel is in a good location but it is at a back of street and it does not look like hotel at all. For what we paid I would expect a much better hotel. I am amazed how they have a such high score for the hotel condition and I am guessing it is because they have such nice staff.

Exceptional location and friendliness of the staff. The room was exactly as described and was immaculately clean with great attention to detail, meeting the term "Luxury" in the name. The size of the room, ours, was not very big, but as described, and the the design is very efficient: I would highly recommend the room for single and couples: however, it may not be ideal for those traveling with young children depending on the behavior of the children. The images I included are from about 50 feet/15 meters from the front door and the steps which are about 300 feet/90 meters away. Just book it, and you will find great enjoyment in your Roman "Spanish Step" adventure.
