Eventually this is a nice hotel with a bit above average breakfast. The personnel is friendly but we had to negotiate a lot to get a comfortable room. Double rooms are not always double although both myself and the travel agency complained. Considering the price, this should be something for the management to consider. No negroni. Not able to eat something if hungry (there is a 24h carefour nearby). Again, considering the price, this is not right... We had to change room twice during a 5 nights stay but in the end we got the suite (canova) which was great and autonomous. I recommend it but be cautious with the exact booking and take ur drinks and food with you...!

Soon arrival I was extremely happy with the hotel, very clean, open and modern, rooms were of a good size and also clean and modern. Heated towel rails and a powerful hot shower. No bath unfortunately but that is not a major point. One thing I would like to commend them on is their staff. All very attentive and welcoming, when I got in with my partner in the evenings I had a very good conversation with the Receptionist Lorenzo and would like to thank him for being so helpful. Travel, short walk from the Bologna or St Agnese Metro, these both go to Termini and are easy to access and at a good price. Photos on the website were accurate. I booked through

Stayed in Rome for 3 days for work. This hotel was an excellent base, beautiful room and balconies, and an exquisite breakfast each morning. Would love to come back and stay more often in the future..

The hotel is located at a very nice residential area. Walking distance to the bus and metro stops. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel also has a nice garden. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Wifi was fine. Hotel is close to the english garden of Villa Torlonia that is also worth to visit. Very good value for money. Will definitely return.

This is a beautiful hotel and our welcome was first-class. Unfortunately when you scratch beneath the surface there is a lot missing from a hotel of this class. There is no iron or ironing board in the room. I was told one would be delivered when laundry started at 7am to then be told 8.30 and laundry had to do the ironing. Despite good refreshment facilities we had no milk for tea in the room and the shower came close to flooding. We arrived for breakfast at 7.30 and had to wait to start despite breakfast starting at 7am. The service as breakfast was very poor. It’s sad as this is a lovely hotel; they just need to sort out the finer details.

This hotel has no restaurant and no ironing board in the room. In fact when asked it turns out there isn’t one in the whole hotel. Half the curtains were broken in my room so could not be drawn. And the bathroom smells of sewage. No restaurant is a complete nuisance on business and there is no immediate place to eat - at least a 5 min walk. This is fine if it isn’t hammering down with rain. I have stayed here twice now and I vow never to do so again.

Stayed here for first trip to Rome on business in the local area (Luiss Business School) for 5 nights. Located away from hustle and bustle in a quieter district, 10 minute (tops) walk to the metro. It's clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and very helpful, particularly Daniela who is a gem. Stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and had a safe, free wifi ( a little patchy) but no full bath. Breakfast served in the morning with a reasonable selection of food and coffee. Pleasant garden in back with seated area and drinks are served with snacks. No complaints, 5/5 would stay again.

We stayed in an economy room which was very comfortable and had a safe, free wifi. Continental breakfast served in the morning with a large selection of food and coffee. Very nice small boutique hotel in the embassy area. Outside of the normal tourist area. Good breakfast overlooking the garden, very good start to the day. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Only minor downside is lack of accessible power points in the room. No restaurant but the vibrant MoM restaurant is a short walk.

Stayed here Friday to Monday last year exactly for my partners birthday. I booked it as a surprise and based on the images, it was looking amazing. When we arrived it was just fantastic. The hotel was great! The cleanliness was out of this world! The staff were extremely helpful! We wanted to go somewhere really nice for food that night, so she sent us to a local restaurant called Momart Cafe! We got there and it was absolutely packed so couldn't get in. People were queuing like crazy to get in as well so we headed back to the hotel and said we couldn't get in.. the lady in reception phoned the restaurant, said there's 2 for a table now. She came off the phone and said go back. We did and we got treat like royalty!! The hotel has also a stunning roof terrace! We spent most time up there with a bottle of wine taking in the world! :-) Loved it and would defiantly return! A*****
