Overall the experience at this hotel was great. The rooms were kept up daily and we never had to ask for replacement towels or any special requests in order for our stay to be great and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues, regarding their daily breakfast. The spread was decent, but if you were not attending soon after it started, you missed out on essentials like scrambled eggs and bacon. They never replenished the heating tray once they were gone, that was it. But, that was not the worst of it. On the morning of 12/27 the man attending to the breakfast was extremely rude to us. When my mom asked for a Cappuchino, he rudely told her, "5 minutes". Then my partner attempted to serve himself fresh juice and the man told him he had placed his glass in the wrong place. It was self serve, that made no sense. Then when breakfast was over at 10am, we were talking amongst ourselves when he came to us and told us we needed to leave the area. That perhaps would not have been bad, but there was another table and he never told them to leave. Perhaps he did not like Americans, because the other table were Italians. He was obviously courteous to them. There is only one person attending the breakfast on each day, so those in charge at the hotel should not have issue knowing who I am talking about...If they need further details I will be happy to discuss it with them further.

The grounds of the property were very nice and welcoming. We booked a jr suite and we were down graded to a smaller room due to plumbing problems. Our room was located directly off the lobby and we could hear everything going on in the lobby. The sink and shower didn’t drain well at all. Reception staff were very friendly.

Lorenzo at the hotel was warm, attentive and tried to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was on the small side but the issue that gave us the most problem was no dresser in the room. Basically, we hade to live out of a suitcase. Location was great, outdoor garden was a plus after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent boutique hotel near most tourist spots in Rome, definitely recommended for anyone visiting

i would recommend to everyone, this small hotel in a posh part of the Rome, quiet, luxurious and very pleasant staff

Stayed a week for vacation and to celebrate our engagement. A complimentary gift would have been nice for our celebration, especially since we stayed a while. The drain in the shower was slow and smelled funny. We found it frustrating that we had to have our key in the door to use some of the appliances/lights. Our teas/coffees/bathroom amenities were not replaced each time the room was made. There was some construction going on and drilling occurred frequently. The continental breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the maintenance men. The view and the overall look of the hotel was beautiful. We liked that it was away from all of the tourist noise. We liked that check-in and out was fast and easy.

Room is small (economy ones I guess), apart from that, we felt very confortable in the hotel, that looks very nice and has a beautiful garden for breakfast which is also good.
